I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a quiet location, far from the busy city center, which was exactly what I was looking for. The peaceful surroundings made it a great place to relax, and for the price, it was excellent value. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, quiet getaway away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good choice. Just be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

There were a couple of downsides. The shower button was quite hard to turn on, which made using it a bit frustrating. Also, I noticed some mosquitoes inside the room, which was inconvenient.

The suite was spacious, for the price. Beds were very comfortable! Location was good. Rooms got plesantly cold at night.

Given that we had an entire suite to ourselves, it would have been nicer if there was an option to cook. Living area had no airconditioning so it was not super comfortable hanging out in the common areas. I understand, though, that the common area facilities are sparse given the almost hostel like set up. Heater in the twin room kept fluctuating. Window type aircon in the single room was so loud it disrupted my sister's sleep almost the entire night.

Although I was happy with our stay as it was a total bang for your buck, I'd like to point out some areas that could still be improved. I would suggest that the property use a much gentler or at least an odorless cleaning product as one of our room reeked with bleach. Would also like to suggest updating some of their linens, pillowcases, rags and towels as some of them already looked run down. In addition, hopefully the housekeeping can do a thorough check before exiting the room as one of our booked room were lacking some amenities (water & spoons). Furthermore, hoping they could also replace some furnitures inside the room as some are too space consuming. Overall still very satisfied.

Condo-style hotel. 3 private rooms inside a unit. Each room has its own bathroom/shower with heater. AC is cold and will give you a good night's sleep. Secure because the doors are opened with a card key only. Location is near downtown, and just across a major mall/supermarket.

Clean room. It comes with a kettle, instant coffee, room slippers, toothbrushes & toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo. Wifi is strong, with English cable TV channels. Comfortable bed and pillows. If you're finding a place for a family of four. You can choose to get the Executive Suite. It has 3 bedrooms: a queen bed, 2 twin beds and single bed. It has a common/ shared dining and living rooms. You can have guests come visit you until 8pm. No AC or TV in the living room. Adjacent to a big shopping store, Metro, with cafes and a few fast food restaurants, salons, etc.

It would be nice to have kitchen facilities where you can make your meals if you stay longer than two nights.

The bed is very comfortable. Once you put your body in it, you can easily get to sleep. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing I can't think of that I don't like. Almost perfect for me.

There is no extra study table 😁 unlike the previous rooms before, where we can eat, or since Im doing some task, i cannot write or do my things, since no table. We did eat instead at the bed carefully to avoid stains.

I like the cleanliness, staff and the accessibility of the hotel. Near the grocery, mall, jollibee and other food establishments,also near a church and transportation is just around the corner. I feel safe in this hotel.

The staff, very accomodating and easy to talk or ask for what we need.
