They have a dedicated two-way shuttle service from and to D mall. They have a friendly and polite hotel staff. It is affordable too.

Hmmm.. the common C.R. It is it really clean and well maintained. There should be a person in charge to do the cleaning every 2-3 hours.

I loved that they have free shuttle services that bring you to the heart of the island. There is also a nearby beach, that needs a little bit of walking to reach, that is not too crowded if you're the introverted person. The cafe below has good servings of ready to order food.

Sometimes the service is late, especially on food, but tolerable. I hope they could add additional stalls for the toilet and bathroom for guests since this one is a shared facility for all staying in the area.

The bar staffs refusal to adapt the meals to my requests I wanted some bread with my French fries but they said they had none They then said I could order a club sandwich Does not that have bread This is just one example of 3 occasions that they refused my requests to vary the meal

Clean, quiet. Free shuttle was good, although another one midday would be ideal. Nice how there is live music most nights

Menu definitelyyy needs more variety. Mostly just pork and rice. Need some vegetarian/ fruit or something more healthy. Maybe staff could learn more about other transport options for guests such as hop on hop off bus. 4 or 5 of them at reception just giggling and couldn't help me work out the closest bus stop. Meaning I had to walk a couple of Km with heavy bags and ask locals.

facilities were very good for the price we paid. bang for buck. very clean and the service is very good. they have a restaurant also in the front which is OK. the ac is also very cold and they have hot water

the location is far away from the main area so added cost is the transpo going there. also there's no elevator so you have to take the stairs up to the 4th floor

The facility itself is exceptional. Clean room, CR and shower room; fast fee-wifi; approachable staffs; comfy, steady beds with secured built-in cabinets and drawers; and of course, the free shuttle.

The rooms is very clean, having comfortable bed.

The air conditioner cannot be set inside, but has to be set by the receptionist . A little cold at night! So I plugged out the air conditioner in the middle night.

one of the best dorm i stayed in. good space to put your things. locker with key included. 10 minutes walk to station 3.. a quite strech of white beach.

only thing i didnt was happy was the toilets.
