The hotel is situated in a quiet location, close to the sea, in the forest. Near the hotel there are rope climbing frames suitable for older children. Directly next to the hotel there is a footpath for walkers and cyclists for nice walks in the nature. Excellent was the hotel restaurant ( Magia Lubczyku ), which is one of the 100 best restaurants in Poland. The food was really delicious and the staff was great. As for the hotel restaurant for breakfast, the food was good but could do with a more frequent change, I expected more. The reception was ok, there was also the possibility to rent bikes. The room-apartment was spacious with a large terrace. However, the view from our terrace to the roof of the hotel was not very attractive. Directly in the area the hotel has an outdoor buffet with a fish smoker, the meals were tasty and fresh. There is another buffet on the hotel beach, with a wide variety of choices. On a positive note, the hotel staff has a good understanding of other Slavic languages - Czech, Slovak. Most of the visitors were tourists from Poland, which I also evaluate positively.

Wellness and spa - I expected more and at a higher level - in terms of the number and type of saunas. The water in the pool was quite cold. You can rent beach loungers on the beach, but these are for a fee. As the weather was bad we paid for a whole day, but we only used 2 hours so the rental was quite expensive.

If you look for a place where you will get fully rested in the peaceful area of pine forest, dunes and Baltic see, Havet is the right choice. Completely professional approach of the staff, starting from entrance gate to the room service, always presenting 'I can do' attitude, smiling and being ready to assist you - all that aspects made again our stay a wonderful experience. For all these reasons, we come back as often as possible. Additionally, your four-legged family members will appreciate the place too. For instance - our dogs start to 'dance' in the car immediately after we pass the entrance gate....

Nothing special to mention here. We know Havet since 2016 (since that time, we never booked any other place nearby) and you might observe some signs of exploitation (furniture). But you are not there to complain for that! Everything apart will compensate some ripped surface on the desk :)

We like the Hotel facilities, although not a 5 stars Hotel. Our room was good (Suite), good restaurant and its is dog friendly.

No hot water on our first day at around 19:00. The lady on the lounge bar, was unfriendly.

We stayed there for a week with small child. As usual, the weather was unpredictable and the property perfectly accommodated the conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of us. Our dogs (seniors) appreciated (again) convenient location and long walkings along the beach. If you need the property where you feel like home and you feel that staff is doing their best to make you feel relaxed, this is the perfect place.

The coffee cups in the bedroom hadn't been cleaned. I think an oversight as the rest of the room was spotless.

Calm. Location. Beach access.

Lack of English speakers from the staff. Often, the receptionist didn't speak English. Small variety at breakfast. Everything is paid extra, like bike rent or car parking.

Location, facilities

No consideration for English speaking guests, all collateral is in polish and German. Absolutely disaster with gluten free diet, not only we had to tell reception desk every day to remind them to pass it on, which was never done. The restaurant staff could not call from upstairs to reception to ask for meals to be processed while we were there, i had to leave the family and personally go to reception to tell them. The staff attitude was so poor, it’s a shame. And it’s just the beginning of the season ..

Nice balcony with a standard double room. There is a nice sofa in the room but it could be newer (material worn out). Very friendly eng speaking staff. They allowed us to check out after our deadline at 12am which is a big plus. Very good breakfast. Free ice , natural water and glasses to the room.

Too expensive for the quality we received Some dirty boxes were left in front of the lift on our second floor and we kept seeing them every time we arrived on our floor during the stay. All it took was to put them in the cleaner's cupboard. The fridge in the room was tiny and barely working. Also it was leaking on the carpet during the stay. Lunch 17-20 was not included in the price and had to be paid extra.
