Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Location within walking distance of the train station, but no nuisance from trains. Hotel is located opposite a park. Shops in the immediate vicinity.

A negative is the noise from visitors to the nightclub in the basement when it closes early in the morning (4am). Fortunately, this is only open on Friday and Saturday evenings. Only the rooms with a balcony (at the front of the hotel) are affected by this.

The reception desc staff was very friendly. We could even check I. A bit earlier when the room was ready. The breakfast buffet was good although the juices were not a real juice just some sweet drinks. The pool was supervised and everything was clen. The water dispenser in the corridor was very practical.

The chemicals that they are cleaning with have a extremely strong smell, we had to open all windows to make it bearable. Would be nice to have a kettle to boil water in the room. The heating was a bit low. But it's just looking for something to complain about. In general It was a really nice stay.

Breakfast was delicious. Great location, near all attractions. Very friendly, polite and helpful employees, particularly dining room and reception staff. Brilliant place to have a great night out n dance with friends without leaving a hotel in Skanpol's Underground nightclub. The music and age of guests of Underground are very diverse, therefore, our mixed age group between 30 and 70 yrs old had a great time.

It would be nice to be able to have a bacon and eggs cooked to order.

We had half board and the food was excellent. Every day something different and when something wasn't there it would be refilled within a few minutes. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna area was good to have. Would like to give an 8.5 rating, but it's unfortunately not possible.

Although the pool and sauna area was good to have, it was far too small for the amount of guests that stay in the hotel and the steam sauna could've been a bit hotter was the general opinion of everyone with whom I talked to in there. It can be a little bit loud in the dining area because there are quite a few tour buses staying at the hotel. Parking was a bit expensive but there were enough free parking spaces around the hotel.

Perfect localization. Friendly and help crew. Clean, calm and comfy room with all needs facilities. In corridor on any floor dispenser with water. Delicious breakfast with many variants (sweet/salty, fish etc.) - posibility made fruit-vegetables squezze juice. It was fantastic weekend in Kolobrzeg - thank you! :-)

Everything. The facilities. The amazing breakfast and supper buffet. Polish food at its best and wonderful hotel at its best. Get the balcony , so you can dry your swim stuff.

The rowdy revellers outside on the corner in the park. Just one night. Not a hotel issue. The location is great for access to train 🚉, CityCenter, parks. Not too far from the white sand beach and trails. Actually, I liked everything!

very clean. rooms tidied up every day. polite and helpful staff. considerably quiet. Tasty food with a good selection from eggs to cakes, although gets slightly boring after a few days as there is the same choice almost every day. a great wellness centre paid extra

the same selection of food for breakfast every day. Also, great that dinners are served as a buffet for 60 zl per night however you could include at least one glass of wine or a pint of beer in it.

Professional welcoming, clean, quiet, private and tidy, shower gel and towels included. Temperature spot on. Breakfast with large choice of polish freshly made food. Lovely place to stay if your budget is not a problem.

A bit expensive. Price on booking.com is NOT what it says. You have to pay extra for breathing air (extra tax to pay).

The location was perfect. The breakfast had a decent choice.

It was a bit outdated but I don't really mind honestly. Beds could be a bit more comfy though. Rooms could have a bit more lights, in the evening it's sometimes a bit too dark even when all lights are on when you need some light.

Good location, within walking distance of train station and to port and restaurant area. Great breakfast. Acoustic guitar player in the evening in the outdoor restaurant gave a nice ambiance.
