everything was perfect in this hotel and met 100 pct our expectation the food in the breakfast and dinner was very tasty with everyday different variety of food prepared with good care the staff in the hotel were very friendly. the best employee we consider Reynaldo who works in the dinner restaurant who was extremely friendly and proffessional. it needs to be mentioned the way he treated the hotel guests was amazing the spa and swimming pool very clean and excellent areas we would visit the hotel again and we very much recommend

The location, the friendly staff, the design, the overall quality and the Café on the 6th floor with delicious cakes and drinks overviewing the ocean even on a rainy day a real perk- all so beautiful and adding to a perfect stay no matter the weather. Great choice at breakfast too (Egg-station, waffles and pancakes too) We will be back!!!

Pool and wellness area a bit on the small side.

My room exceeded expectations; not only was it immaculate, but it also featured a range of modern amenities for a comfortable stay. As for dining, the culinary offerings were exceptional, featuring a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the warm and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, providing helpful recommendations and attentive service. Beyond the room and dining, the wellness facilities truly enhanced our stay. The swimming pool was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for both leisurely swims and energizing laps. The jacuzzi provided a soothing escape, while the sauna and steam room offered a detoxifying experience. The cold showers and ice room were a refreshing contrast, effectively invigorating the senses. Finally, the relaxation areas offered a tranquil space to unwind, rounding out an extensive list of facilities designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

No complaints.

The view from the room is beautiful. On the 6h floor there is a nice cafe where you can have some drinks and enjoy the sunset. The location is great as its right next to the beach. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The breakfast is average and there's so many people that you end up sitting with randoms for brekkie. The room is pretty nice but the bathroom is a little outdated. As a girl, the hairdryer in the bathroom is horrible- bring your own if you come here.

Location, staff were friendly, have plenty of things to do in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Spa treatment was boring, it’s the same as the other free facilities but private. Very unnecessary since the public facilities are almost always empty. Hair dryer needs to be updated with a new one. Breakfast was OK I wish there were different menu each day because it got boring at one point.

Under equipped specious room and bathroom.

Property is in an excellent location. Close to promenade and the beach. The room was bright and clean. The buffet had plentiful options.

Cocktail bar/lounge in lobby had limited options and lacked ambiance. For a 5 star hotel this area simply was below other standard 5 star hotels.

My son like so much swiming in pool he is 2.5 years old but doees'nt want to stop

slick. special. nice staff. easy to find. gorgeous location. excellent spa and nice gym. great food. all staff comfortable in English, German and Polish language. restaurants and pier nearby. quiet room. loved the Saturday night DJ and dancing too!

uncomfortable chairs in lobster dining room and breakfast room. lukewarm hot tub. no live music/musicians.

We liked the excellent Spa-area, and the location close to the beach. And, of course, the unbeatable breakfast :)

Compared to several earlier stays we see some changes. The furniture in our rooms (213, 236 and others) showed significant traces of damages. They were slightly covered by paint but still very disturbing the entire impression of the hotel
