Nice breakfast, amazing staff. Spacious rooms and bathroom

Tha only ting was tha carpet was a little dirty spots and a little burn from an iron.

Very helpful female receptionist No maps of the city available despite information in the room to that effect. The receptionist found a tourist guide in English which had a map. Also the packed lunch available to take away in dining room

The foreign staff in the dining room Kept customers waiting whilst they helped themselves to coffee and chatted a lot. Not too bad most days but on the Sunday morning incredibly lazy. Very slow at clearing tables and replenishing food. Worst serving staff we encountered in 15 days.

Excellent fast correspondence before visit. Easy to find after arriving by train, 10 min walk. Clean and modern. Rooms excellent size with amenities and bonus having a fridge in room. Adult bed is two singles but very comfortable and two duvets was nice. Rooms cleaned if needed but we didn’t need. Didn’t have breakfast as we left early. Evening meal was amazing. Restaurant was very quiet but food really shocked us, very ‘a la carte style’. Nice area to chill by reception. Shop across road and shopping center next door with over 30 didn’t food vendors. Taxi rank by hotel for Ubers; train station 10min walk with access to so much of surrounding area.

Only Negative is the pop up child’s bed, mattress was as thin as the duvet and son fell through the gap where the bed had a broken and missing bar half way along bed. Very uncomfortable. It’s not in the city but accessible by train and taxi

Room was spacious enough to add an extra twin bed for our child. The twin bed and extra breakfast did cost us a little more, but it was worth it to have a family room for three. Breakfast is exceptional! Room was totally quiet. We stayed for a concert at Polsat Arena. We easily walked there and back from the hotel - about 35-40 minutes one way. The hotel is on the outskirts of Gdansk so it was about a 3 mile walk from Gdansk Glowny. However, tram #12 brought us straight back from the hotel to the train station/old town. Overall, an exceptional stay and good location for Polsat.

There was an air conditioner compressor that was turning on and off in the room. That is probably only a concern in the summer. However, it was not so loud that it kept us up at night. But, a light sleeper may find it annoying.

The hotel room was big enough, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Besides, cleaning was made properly and the staff brought two bottles of water every day, I appreciate that very much. The location is perfect, very close to Galeria Baltycka Shopping Center and the railway station Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz.

The light card and, accordingly, door key did not work properly. During my first entering the room, I could not twice open the door with the card , so I hade to go back to the reception twice in order to inform about the problem. Om my third coming back I was given a usual key to open the door.

Hotel located just few steps from train station, easy to catch s train to the airport from there. Staff were very nice, room quiet and cosy, with working AC.

The only thing that comes to mind is that there was no soap on the sink. To get a soap to wash my hands, had to get in the shower to get it, and the shower door were quite squeaky which made me afraid I would break something.

The hotel staff was lovely (Marta was our night time greeting receptionist and was fantastic at this very late hour). The room was clean, warm and well prepared with an extra bed for our stay. There was a kettle and a selection of tea and water bottles. There was a mini fridge as well. The hotel is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to Gdansk-Wrzeszcz station, next to a big shopping centre. It was a lovely stay and we had a really comfortable sleep. Thank you.

Suggestion: Tissues in the bathroom would be very useful

Honestly, this was probably one of the best hotels I stayed in in the past few years. Everything was done very well and... just working properly - the rooms were clean, the sauna is available 24h, breakfast is a bit pricy but it is good quality and you can even get a small take-away bag with a sandwich. The staff's very nice and helpful. This was my second time at Focus and I'm pretty sure I'll use it every time I'm in Gdansk now.

Spacious Room, truly comfortable - could do exercise with no problem;) It was super easy to get there - Wrzeszcz is actually great location.

Staff was great! SO friendly! Truly that was making my stay super. Breakfast was also good and what I loved - they prepared sandwich to go for everyone in the morning. Small thing but very nice;)

Solid option! Really big quiet rooms and bathrooms, with very comfortable beds and high quality materials all around you: from curtains to mattress to doors. Don’t mind that the hotel is right next to a railway - the sound isolation is really excellent. Yoh won’t hear anything. The staff is friendly and professional.
