The room was clean, small but enough to sleep and keep a couple of small bags in . This place is neat, well organised . Breakfast buffet was great , I loved soft cheese, cake, muesli, eggs and sausages. Also coffee was lovely. The location is brilliant, we did walks with camera in Old Town and visited dentist and hair salon, Galereja Baltycka is a lovely shopping centre. All in all it was a good visit and likely we will return.

My husband hurt his head on the low door frame of shower cabin when stepping out. Should have a sign for taller people. Also our last night there I couldn't fall asleep for hours because there were kids unsupervised , running down hallways, screeching and slamming doors. I feel that families with kids and couples could be placed in separate wings. Or at least parents should have been advised that kids can't play outside other peoples bedrooms . We get away for a few days and that kind of annoyance is exactly what we didn't want.

This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Even though it’s only 2 stars, I like that it’s always clean. The location is also great for my travel plans. Breakfast includes hot omelets and sausages, cold cuts with ham and cheese, vegetables, and desserts.

I don’t like that I always have to ask for a hairdryer at reception. Could you please consider installing hairdryers in the bathrooms for convenience? Also, during the colder months, I’d prefer to check into a warm room, so please don’t reduce the heating to a minimum during cleaning.

The property is situation at a very good location and the bus and tram stops to the city centre and airport are at short walkable distance. We got water bottles in the room which was a plus as receptionist had told us that tap water is not drinkable. Even the 500 ml water bottles were available to purchase from reception at fair price of 1 euro.

The breakfast is bit pricey at 45 PLN. It does not have many options. Even croissant was missing which they displayed in the big poster near the reception. Bathroom is small but good thing is that WC and shower are separate.

I traveled by myself and stayed in the standard room. It was nice room, there were plenty of mirrors, when you were getting ready, a comfortable bed, a TV, a desk and a chair, a kettle for tea and coffee. I also got 2 bottles of water, tea, and coffee on my arrival. Very quiet room, you couldn't hear sounds from the rooms next to you. At the side of the hotel was a massage salon, which was excellent for me. The hotel is in a great location. The bus stop is right next to it, so I could catch the direct bus 110 to the airport. Also, 2 malls are in our walking distance - Galeria Baltyscka and Galeria Meteopolia. The dental clinic I was going to (Nawrocki) was also at a walking distance.

The only thing that was really annoying for me were the doors. When they are not closed properly, they will make constant sounds. The first time that happened to me, I went to reception, thinking my door was detective. I think the staff should mention to the guests when they are handing them the key cards that they need to be mindful on closing the doors better. It wasn't only me. It was constantly happening around my room from the other guests. I guess at some point I got used to the sound, but at the beginning, I wanted to go and help people close their doors properly.

The hotel was very well connected with public transport and had a big shopping centre very close by. The breakfast in the hotel was quite decent, but nothing super special. I liked the seating with the big glass windows in the breakfast area. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people.

The shower/toilet were separated and were a bit handmade - not very sound proof or smell proof if you're going for number 2, but good enough. I've seen worse.

The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. It has 24h reception. There is bottle of water in the room. The location is great if you travel from GDA Airport (direct train just by the hotel) or from Wrzeszcz station. Very good value for money.

The bathroom has very little room to put your things or even hang the towel. And maybe most annoying thing I have seen in a hotel - beeping doors. Every time someone left the door unlocked they were beeping. On every floor there was at least one door beeping - early in the morning, middle of the night, any time really.

Very clean, excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff who spoke great English. The room was good, with plenty of space and comfy bed. The location was very convenient for the airport, and right beside a bus stop for the night bus if you have an early flight. It was also a few minutes walk from a tram straight to the centre. There was free bottles of water left out which was nice.

The tea/coffee facilities provided were a nice touch, but limited. Some long life milk would have been a nice addition to add to a coffee. While it didn’t annoy me, the shower is not a seperate room, it is contained within the bedroom which may not be suited to those staying with friends who require more privacy.

We liked the proximity of the city center, the great transportation possibilities, and the overall comfort of the hotel and our stay. We needed a clean hotel for one night in 3city and we got it in this one.

My girlfriend didn't like the shower inside the room as the water steam makes the interior humid. Moreover, we weren't comfortable with the toilet near the bed and overall with the gap between the door frame and the closed toilet door itself. It doesn't allow to keep the sensitive scent inside the toilet.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Right next to the Stary Maneż concert venue and on the same street as the airport, with a direct bus to and from, almost door-to-door. Very helpful staff – thank you!

Everything was great and very clean, but a few worn items could be easily fixed, like a faucet covered in limescale that sprays water everywhere except on your hands

Great location, close to the tram, train and bus stations; very good breakfast; modern interiors.

Although the room was supposed to be cleaned after three days, no one ever came. We wouldn’t normally mind, but the trash bin wasn’t emptied for 5 days, and it’s very small.
