Preliminary remark: I had booked the flat / apartment (4th floor). Due to some other reviews, I arrived from Krakow without great expectations (I stayed for one night). The price for the flat was very reasonable. The hotel is very well located for those arriving by car and it has its own underground car park. It is only a few minutes walk to the parks, the pedestrian zone (shopping), restaurants, the old town etc. There is also a small supermarket and an Italian restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself exceeded my expectations by far. It is really very big, it has a very nice and friendly furnished living room with a big sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a table, a big TV. It has a 1970s charm (light colours, friendly atmosphere) without looking old. So there is the warm friendliness of the 1970s in a modern interpretation. there is a small "kitchen" (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea, dishes, water basin, etc. etc.). There are also two bathrooms (a very large one with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower) and a small one with sink and toilet). Then, of course, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a desk and chair and two bed tables. From the living room and the bedroom you have a good view through large windows (sunset view). The bedroom is in the corner of the building, so you have windows on 2 sides of the building. The hotel staff was very friendly. I felt very comfortable in general.

Preliminary note: The following aspects did not really diminish the enjoyment of my stay. However, there is of course room for improvement in every hotel :) a) I slept very well there, but in the medium future they will probably have to replace the spring mattresses ;) But there was an extra pad above the mattress, so it wasn't really a problem. b) Some other hotel guests complained about a certain lack of cleanliness. I can't really confirm that. All rooms were clean, including the bathroom. I did not inspect the bathroom floor closely ;) But I didn't notice anything with my naked eye (and I didn't have a magnifying glass with me ;) ). The only thing that could be noticed was that I saw two hairs in the bed (possibly from the cleaner herself). I survived it :D

Good location, 2 min walk from the central square, what comes useful due to the absence of the restaurant in the hotel. Comfortable rooms with good temperature, kettle in the room and water bottles as a courtesy of hotel.

Breakfast is a bit poor, and staff responsible for it is not very helpful. Absence of juice during 2 out o 4 nights' stay. On the 2nd day of stay the room was cleaned only 50%: towels were changed, but the bed wasn't made, nor the bottles of water were refilled, nor the tea cups were changed/washed. Also a suggestion for the shower head that could be changed for a bigger one, as the water pressure is very high (which is actually good), but as the head is very small, it's not very practical to shower.

Close to center and convenient spot.

Bad soundproof... You could even listen next room having sex. It was like a cheap motel in terms of soundproof. Other than that it was fine

just a little problem with parking, some improvement in organization of the available parking places and avoiding of blocking other cars at the time of departure.

It great hotel close to the city center and all the tourist attractions. The reception staff was super helpful and even the night duty security guy came to help at 1 am when the heating wasn't working. Was upgraded to another room immediately.

Pillow wasn't comfortable too small and

The hairdryer would get heated very quickly and stop working after a while It made drying hair impossible

The quality of the mattress is not satisfactory. No refrigerator.

Overall, we were fully satisfied with our stay at Dell. Extelllent customer service, very helpful, kind and professional. Beautiful rooms, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

OK wifi, paid underground parking, basic breakfast, has kettle, good location, OK TV, OK staff

AC barely cools anything (good thing it was windy day so could naturally cool the room), bed could be softer and have more than one small pillow, bad soundproofing room between two lifts so constantly hearing noise

The apartment was superb and very large. Couldn't fault it

As the Hotel is part of an office block as we'll, it does not feel much like an hotel. There is a small lobby and then and other offerings of the hotel are tucked away in the building
