The apartment is very clean and the condition is very good (it looks almost new). There is a lot of kitchenware. The bed is comfy. The restroom looks very good and has everything you need. In G3 apartment you can go to the lawn right from the room and check the beautiful view. Also on this lawn there are special places where you can grill. Good place for having a rest after hiking.

This place is still new and you can feel it - nice facilities, stylish decor, comfy beds, good shower pressure, clean room, corridors and whole area. Location is super cool. There are clear rules about calm hours and guests respect that - really great place to relax and enjoy mountains. Simple and efficient information where to pick up an access card.

Property itself takes care of additional deposit fee (not related to Booking). That wouldn't be a problem, especially seeing what kind of guest arrive there (you have to be mentally traumatized to keep your legs & shoes on coffee table in front of your kids), but since you make a payment once, they can easily charge you again like they did to me. Luckily I receive notifications after each money movement in my bank account and if I wouldn't notice that I could've been surprised later or even worse - could've been charged without a notice. That made me feel very unsafe.

The Furniture of the room is very modern and well maintained. Everything in the room was perfect. Most of the essentials "Kettle/ Espresso machine / Cups.. etc " We asked them how is our view , they checked and upgraded our room for better view without any extra charge. The view is wonderful and breathtaking. Recommend it anyone to book with Loft Affair anywhere around Poland

What can i say , this hotel is so beautiful and clean, the kids was so happy playing slide during winter . The view cant be describe with words. This hotel is a must if you planning to stay in zakopane.

the hotel is the best of the best!!! everything is new, expensive repairs, expensive high-quality equipment. the room has everything (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, a lot of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules, any kind of dishes and glasses for every taste, sweets and delicious mineral water, a lot more pleasant little things :) top-level service !! Netflix is ​​installed on TVs, and many other cool programs :) I want to return to this hotel again and again))

I really loved this place! The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning, and I especially enjoyed the sense of community during my stay, most of the other guests at the time were from the Gulf region, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming. The apartment was clean and had all the basic essentials, including some basic cooking ingredients, which was a nice touch.

The only things I didn’t like were that the bed was quite small for two people . It wasn’t a king-size bed. Also, I would recommend renting a car if you’re staying here, as the location is a bit far from Zakopane city center and transportation costs can add up quickly.

My wife and I recently stayed at Polana Resort and had an overall fantastic experience. The location is ideal, with stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The resort is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are both comfortable and well-kept, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. However, this didn’t significantly affect our stay, and I would still highly recommend Polana Resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

There was one small issue, the internet connection would occasionally disconnect, which was a bit inconvenient.

Spacious cosy apartment, well equipped, clean and light. Outside territory beautifully planned, various playgrounds for kids to play in. Near Zakopane and numerous hiking paths. We loved our stay here and could recommend it.

We had booked the apartment with hot tub. There was no hot tub at the property. There was a sauna, but it did not work due to electrical malfunction which could not be solved during out stay. On other hand the communication was timely and pleasant.

everything was good and just like the pictures. the location is amazing. would recommend to others!

they sent a message prior to check in stating that the toilet should not be wet as it can flood. However, this is impossible as the shower glass is not put in the correct place and does not cover the full shower area. This made us struggle all our stay trying not to wet the toilet furniture and wood. Towels could have also been cleaner. for room F03 the outside furniture needs to be changed. It is antique and looks good but not comfortable for seating and there were spider nets in between the seat. But still the view was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is comfy and has an amazing, unrestricted view of the mountains. On sunny days, the mountain tops look amazing, on cloudy days, the forest is enough to create a wilderness feeling. When you drive to the resort, you go through a small road guarded by trees, that feels welcoming and a bit wild. The place is far from the main road but close to the mountain. Last time, we stayed in a house higher up the hill. We had a wider view of the mountains and the city from the hill than from here in the valley, but the valley gave us a wilder and more private feeling.

A vacuum cleaner or a bigger broom would have been appreciated.
