The View from our room was amazing, such an incredible vista to wake upto in the morning. The staff upon arrival were very polite, Kinga and Wiktoria both spoke English beautifully, which was very reassuring as they were both easily able to give directions and instructions regarding our stay. I also sent a special request to the front desk to arrange a small surprise for my partner on arrival which was executed perfectly by the staff at the hotel. The breakfast served here was very reasonably priced and for any Polish or central Europeans the breakfast is perfect, I did miss my English breakfast, but they did have a very tasty scrambled egg on offer. The room very spacious and clean, very modern yet authentic polish style of decorating. The rooms were decently quiet with very little noise from other residents. The shower was very powerful and hot, the same with the central heating.

Room itself was pretty nice, had all the essentials. Also, we were alllowed to check in an hour earlier.

We had to pay "visitor's fee" which is okay, but we were asked to pay it in cash, however front desk did not have any change, so we had to go to shop and get the exact amount. There were no way to dry the towels, so after first used they were kind of wet. Sink was extremely small (never seen so small) which made doing dishes difficult. Although parking is provided it is kinda difficult, it seemed that at some points there were not enough space for all the visitors

The hotel exceeded expectations in many ways. First of all, the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful mountains – a perfect way to start and end the day. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-designed. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more comfortable. The interior was recently renovated and had a modern, stylish feel. Another big plus – free parking was included in the price, which is always a bonus.

The balcony was not fully private – in fact, anyone could access it directly from the street, although thankfully no one did during our stay. Also, while parking was included, the parking area was quite tight, so good parking skills are definitely required.

Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay at Jan Apartments! Everything was fantastic: the room, we received free upgrade to 2 bedroom suit with amazing mountain views and 2 balconies, in the suit we had everything we needed, the location is great, only 20 min walk to the central street or Gubalovka funicular, the staff was very friendly and let us check in early and gave us great recommendations! Also it is very quiet and every night you get a great night of sleep! We really appreciate everything!

Fantastic apartment, beautifully decorated with everything you require. Great location away from the busy area and we were given an apartment with mountains view which was stunning. The staff were super friendly.

We thought that 49zl for breakfast was too expensive so we had some in town but we might try it another time to see if it's worth the price.

Wow wow wow, everything was perfect! We was choose two rooms with balcony to mountain view, it was amazing, in rooms was everything you needed, rooms so clean, fresh, beds comfortable, cozy! Best recommendation! Thanks to all New Apartamenty Jan staff!

Absolutly amazing place with fantastic views. Even place is on the road it's quiet and piecefull. Sparkling clean, very comfy beds and equipped with everything you need for your stay. All the staff are very friendly and super helphul. Place is short walk away from all the hustle and bustle. Defenetly will recomend and will come back in a future. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!

The apartment was lovely and the views were stunning, the staff were so kind and helpful and would do anything to make your stay memorable. The location of the apartments were excellent as it was only a 20 minute walk to the town where there were stalls everyday of a variety of different items included foods to try, and the town had a mixture of different restaurants for everyone’s tastes.

Clean, modern Apartment! Friendly staff. Great location only 10 min from Main Street. We only stayed there for 3 nights while visiting Zakopane but we loved this place. A very big, romantic room, bathroom and balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The bed was very comfortable. There is small kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meal. Small fridge, cooker, microwave. Everything was just perfect. We only regret we couldn't stay there longer. But definitely we will stay there again when visiting Zakopane.

Wiktoria at the reception had an excellent communication and support, thanks to her. The hotel in general was in a good location and absolutely a good view, I used Uber and bolt to go to the main areas such as Central, however if you like walking it's only around 30 minutes walking to reach to the centrum. That's where comfortable room was very clean and spacious
