Hotel is quit new, with beautiful "Scandinavian meets Alpine style" interior, great facilities - spa zone with jacuzzi, various saunas, salt room etc., children play room, nice reception - and wonderful extras - cakes and tea in afternoon, movie evenings with popcorn for kids, The location of hotel is great for experiencing Poland's Tatra Mountains and Zakopane if you travel by car. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

The available green tea was not of mine liking, it would be more convenient if bathrobe would be included in room price.

Nice location, really good food, good value for the money. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, the location of the hotel is really good, close to the downtown & close to ski bus station. I think that one of the hotels restaurants is the best from the resort as was really crowded and the people were waiting always outside to a table.

The hotel personnel is not speaking English. Hard to understand each others but we made it. I saw that are not too many cars with other plates excepting Poland so I suppose that are not too many foreign tourists.

Spa zone was amazing! Parking and everything new, kids playroom and outside activities.

Hard to communicate in English, rooms were not cleaned everyday- 3 nights same bedsheets and towels.

Everything is amazing. I am shocked that I didn't discover this hotel earlier. Amazing value for money, spa, sauna, beautiful hotel, professional service, best breakfast! Fully recommended.

My experience of staying at this hotel was quite dramatic - at the end of the ski season, not all hotels showed a reduction in rooms and a lack of food in their own restaurants. So on a business trip, I arrived in Bielska Byala at 21.30 and not be accommodated in the booked hotel - the rooms were cold, and there was no restaurant. I found this hotel quite late, booked and paid for the room, and despite the late hour, the owner of the hotel was there, checked me in, and fed me hot soup!!! I think this is my best travel experience ever! I found a stylish, comfortable, modern hotel. I received personal service from the hotel owner ROBERT with the most positive experience. Despite the small number of guests, the breakfast was served perfectly, and the service was courteous and friendly. A special place to stay has appeared on my own travel map. Thank you Robert Handzel and Dominika Wodziak - Handzel! My sincere recommendations for accommodation in this wonderful hotel.

Everything was fantastic

All, what wee expected, when booked it : big room, air conditioner, big restroom, nice and comfortable sauna, good breakfast, service staff.

Food was delicious at the restaurant and breakfast buffet included a wide range of choices to suit everyone. Playroom downstairs was great for the kids. Proximity to the river Bialka. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
