I had a great time staying at this apartment hotel during my winter vacation in Białka Tatrzańska. The hotel was nice and had an elevator, which was convenient for carrying my luggage and ski equipment. The location was close to the ski lift, so I could easily access the slopes and enjoy the snow. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. I also liked the jacuzzi and sauna, which were a nice addition to relax after a long day of skiing.

The only downside was that the WiFi signal was weak and sometimes unreliable, which made it hard to stay connected online.

The room was quite big with all the confort. Nice to have the kitchenette corner. The hotel is a bit far for the center but the location is nice, with parking, nice garden around and playground for kids. Sauna and jacuzzi included in the price. Breakfast was full and good and tasty even if not so vary.

Maybe towels should be renovated and pillows quality improved. Tables in the breakfast room are not enough for all the guests and if you arrive later you might need to wait others to finish before seating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The interior design was very charming and inviting. In the basement, there was a billiard table, as well as a small sauna and hot tub, suitable for two people and available for one-hour sessions. The breakfast was excellent, and overall, we were very pleased with our experience. Thank you!

clean, comfy apartment, nicely decorated (we loved the lamps and wall art). It had everything we needed for a short stay. Nice outdoor seating area and pool for kids. Close to river Bialka and hiking trails. 4min to Bania. Parking spaces could have been a little bit bigger (someone managed to scratch our car on the last day of our stay). It could benefit from small airer for drying clothes and a mop in the bathroom.

We vacationed with children and really enjoyed it. The location is convenient, with a beautiful design, there is a sauna, jacuzzi, and billiards. Management tries to maintain quality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, all thanks to the staff Lyudmila. prepared excellent, varied, and appetizing breakfasts. Thank you very much for the warm moments of our vacation.

The breakfast was OK. I can't say it was wow but it was really decent. A couple of things I would have recommended about the breakfast - 1. Change the coffee machine - it doesn't meet the number of people using it, stops a lot and stuff isn't there all the time to take care of it. 2. The buffet is not located ideally - you can get to it only from one side and it's not really convenient when there are many people.

The pillows were tiny, I even wanted to ask for an extra one.

The apartment was great, large enough, very spacious and fantastic views.

The breakfast area was too small. The tables were too close together and the table with the food was also too small so we could not move comfortably while serving our plates.

I am giving 10/10 but might be caused by the fact that during our stay it was only us staying there so we had 1hour free sauna time-slot whenever we wanted (only for 2 people in the same time), on the breakfast was quite good variety with fresh pastry etc.... everything good. The receptionist was such a nice girl so for that money, I would come back again! :) + free table tenic, table football, darts, external seating area + bbq in the summer?

The smell from sauna was also in the area for breakfast (because there were almost no windows and bad air-flow.... might be pretty bad experience for somebody but as we were staying for 30e a night, I can live with it)

Beautiful new apartment hotel, near the ski lifts. Everything you need for a long term family stay.

Insufficient sound insulation is a problem

Breakfast was basic and that's how it was described in the booking

My only complaint was the bed, this was not comfortable and only 2 soft pillows. We did ask for 2 extra pillows which we got but the mattress was not comfortable
