We had two double rooms booked. Enjoyed our stay for most parts. Room felt a little outdated. In our room shower had no pressure,had to go to other room instead. However, it was clean and comfortable enough, staff lovely and breakfast offered plenty of choice even for those picky ones. Evening meal in the restaurant was 10 out of 10!! Enjoyed every mouthful!! Girls lovely and attentive.

This is what I say for every hotel with parking fees - hotel should offer free parking for every customer!!

I like that there was sauna and swimming pool..very nice restaurant with very good food and very nice people who served us Reception people was very polite and we had packed breakfast as we was leaving early…breakfast was amazing plenty food for all day 😆😆not just breakfast..definitely would recommend this place..its simple but very comfortable..just I don’t think it’s 4 stars..but it’s perfect 3star hotel

Great place overall with a decent location. The pool is pretty good, there's sauna too and the gym is spacious, although some of the equipment is a bit worn. Despite that, it's still possible to get a solid workout. Paid parking. Overall the hotel provides great value for money.

The rooms on the first floor had limited views, but it wasn't a major issue for us. The A/C was a bit tricky—it didn't respond accurately to the remote settings, but since we were only there for one night, it wasn't a big concern. The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions in the city, so keep that in mind if location is important to you. The bed was quite squeaky.

I looked forward to the breakfast every day before going to work. I wish I could have utilized the gym and the sauna more but overall my stay was most enjoyable. The bus station (Fabianowo) made it easy to get into Poznan with ease.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the miniature refrigerator was weak, if not able to keep the contents slightly warmer than cool.

The location is near the motorway so access is quick and easy. I have enjoyed the dip in the pool and sauna.

The only thing is a bit strange in my opinion that you have to pay extra for the parking at the hotel car park!? It's not a town centre and other rural car parks in the location are free! So I'm struggling to justify it.

Good breakfast choice - something for everyone. Some things need replenishing quicker at breakfast or you need to arrive for breakfast early. Staff were polite and friendly. Good bar area. We didn't use the pool but our family did and they enjoyed it.

We were originally allocated rooms on the top (second floor). I think this may be because we asked for double beds as a preference. There is a headroom issue with these rooms due to the dormer windows - it depends more as well on where they put the bed as we had adjoining rooms and one was definitely worse than the other. We asked to move down a floor and they did that. We would have been less happy if there had not been availability as it would be easy to bash your head on the wall of the dormer window - it was clear from the plaster damage that a number of people already had.

Great location near the highway. Good old architecture, maybe from 90's? Nice sized swimming pool at the basement. Huge GYM. Two different saunas. Pingpong and biljard for kids. Malawi aquarium at the entrance. Parking at the yard was fantastic.

It is not that I didn't like the restaurants menu, but I suggest adding couple all around dishes as well not only local.

Big rooms, tea facilities, very clean. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was indeed royal - a big variety of dishes, veru fresh.

The beds are pretty worn, with rather small duvets and very thin pillows (I am not a fan of large plump pillows normally, but even for me it was a bit too thin).

I liked our stay at grand Royal hotel - the room was quite spacious, with a king size bed. The breakfast was delicious and the spa was available all the time, with free sauna and swimming pool. The hotel staff was really welcoming and nice.

pls have the swimming pool ready for my next visit it would be nice to have the empty area in front hotel organised as a wildflower garden, at the moment quite messy i had to pay extra for my dog but this wasn't mentioned when I booked
