+ We really liked the SPA area and the pool, my son was delighted + The best gym ever experienced in hotels. A large selection of weight training machines, available bars for bench presses, squats, pull-ups ect. + The hotel has also thought about children outside the pool - the hotel has a wonderful room for children with a ball pool, trampoline, various games, a huge TV and other entertainment. + Delicious breakfast + Kind and helpful staff

- There is no refrigerator in the room. We had a lot of food with us, there was no fridge to store it - There is also no kettle in the room. But the receptionist gave it to us when we asked for it - There is really no place to dry wet clothes after the pool. It would have been nice to have a radiator in the bathroom. But since the bathroom has a heated floor, we dried our slippers and wet clothes on the floor

The hotel meet our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. During the stay we had access to swimming pool and spa area which was a bonus. The hotel restaurant serve delicious food. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel has bowling and pool which is an advantage- we had a great time there. Rooms are quite and in good condition. I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms could be a little bit cleaner. Although we had a soap in the bathroom I would expect better quality products.

The spa area with pool, jacuzzi and sauna is a delight and was worth the stay. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the staff, friendly. Hotel restaurant is very delicious, with rare and incredible vegan options!

Breakfast could have some appropriate vegan options. I wanted to have booked a massage appointment, but sadly there were none available for the entire two days of our stay. Also I forgot my bathing suit in the spa area overnight and afterwards it went missing :(

It was fantastic. Staff especially in the restaurant were so, so helpful. Loved the hotel, Spa & gym. Food was great. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you so much!!

Would be even better if there was a room safe for passports etc.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. I had to leave early before breakfast time. I was offered a lunch box even without asking. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is served not in a restaurant. Rooms are smaller than I expected from photos. There was very bad smell in a room ☹, but they didn’t change the room, just offered to clean it. Pool and saunas are working from 9am to 9 pm, if you are traveling it's really uncomfortable, it could work at least from 8am - to 11pm.

Really good pool and spa. Professional massage. Nice restaurant and rich breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Nice room with a comfortable bed. I was positively surprised by the dishes in the restaurant downstairs, they were top-notch.

The staff were really helpful and the swimming pool set up was great big pool and then 2 small warm pools for the littles. Breakfast was really tasty. Would definitely stay there again.

The best was the Chief Cook Arthur. We was unhappy with our beef dinner. We told the Cook about it. Im working as an Catering Manager so i has experience with meat. This meet was not tender. That was not the Cook's fail. Next day he give us a fantastic dinner as we will remember. He show us that he is a fantastic cook as i will tell people. So Arthur make our stay at the Hotel very nice.
