1. Delicious, varied, filling breakfasts made from original recipes. The most memorable aspects of breakfast were the wide selection of honey and the exceptionally flavorful fermented vegetable juices (cabbage, beetroot, cucumber). 2. Room service was attentive—towels were changed daily. 3. Very respectful and friendly hotel staff – the employees stood up every time we entered the hotel. 4. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, with new furniture and equipment.

1. The hotel room was gloomy (reminiscent of a bunker), dark, and poorly ventilated. Throughout our stay, the room was stuffy and humid. We really needed air conditioning! 2. The uncomfortable, soft mattresses made it difficult to rest. 3. The constantly clogged shower stall was also annoying.

It is said that in this world nothing is certain but taxes and death. I beg to differ. There is another certainty, i.e. we will definitely come back again to this marvellous place. This hotel along with its personnel is absolutely second to none. It surpassed all expectations. Profound thanks to all the personnel. Everybody was so kind, friendly and helpful. Room was superbly clean. Beds were comfortable. And kids area, "sal zabaw" is a salvation for parents :) Not to mention very affordable prices. See you soon!

Room was spacious and with a fridge. Serviced by a lift which really helped with my bike box! Nice size dining room with an excellent breakfast selection. The staff were really great, very friendly and courteous going over and above. Nothing was too much trouble.

The bed quilts could be bigger other than that nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was main reason to pick the Hotel (as also the location for our trip), and the Breakfast was such a surprise to start the whole day. It was our first night on our Poland trip, and made our next day travelling easy when had great sleep and breakfast. Kids and parents loved the playroom, we thought that this could be place to stay longer. Superb !

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ewa who checked us in. Always greeted when we walk into the hotel and asked how our day had been.

Mattress topper has seen better days. But we took that off and the actual bed was very comfortable.

The room was good size with extra toiletries available to us on arrival. Tasteful decor of the room, every corner of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast is excellent and every member of staff we spoke to was helpful and very friendly. Convenient location with good transport links. I found the pictures of bees charming! :)

Very good breakfast with a lot of variety (great idea with the honeys section). Nice welcome gift from the hotel (small jar of honey). Nice and helpful staff. Nice design of the room.

Breakfast area is a bit simple in design, like canteen, would be nice to upgrade it a bit and add a bit of cosiness.

A lovely hotel. All the facilities we needed. Great breakfasts. The staff were amazing. We were made to feel like family. Ewa in particular was so very kind, friendly and helpful.

Very friendly English speaking staff, good sized comfortable room, good breakfast. Very reasonable price. The complementary gifts were a very pleasant surprise.

The noise isolation wasn't quite as good as I would have liked. Nothing to disrupt sleep but some unwanted sounds from other guests could be heard a bit too well occasionally .

It was easy and quick to get from the train station (Rumia Janowo) to the hotel by walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had good options and the room was nicely clean.
