Very spacious and clean room. We were told a couple of days in advance that there was a wedding on the night or our stay and it might be noisy. No problems for us because we attended another wedding, and theirs finished before ours! The hotel let us check-in an hour before scheduled so we could change for the wedding. Thanks. Asking about the location is silly, because it depends on one's purpose for the stay. We were attending a wedding just up the road and so the location was absolutely perfect for us. If one need to attended a surf contest in Sopot, say, then it would not be a good location.

There was confusion on check-out about whether I'd already paid or not. The hotel were correct, and I was wrong. Maybe booking.com could make this more clear. I'd have liked to get a little beer at the hotel bar in the afternoon just after check-in, but there was nobody around to serve.

Staff are professional, polite, courteous and always go above & beyond to ensure customers satisfactions. The hotel atmosphere is a true reflection of best of a traditional polish welcome in other words customer is welcomed & treated like a king. The hotel newly decorated offers a relaxing, peace of mind and a high standard facilities that no other establishments can compete with in the area even as far Gdynia & Gdansk . In all seasons Hotel Falko is simply the best choice for it's good value for money price tag hence I keep staying often when in Poland.

The property was very well presented, modern, clean and well equipped.

There wasn’t a problem with any request, staff arranged a taxi for the airport and helped provide a phone charger when I had forgotten to bring a travel adapter. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and extremely polite.

Everything; the space outside as inside. The restaurant in evening was wonderful. The SPA was for us enough. Air-condition is a must in summer days. Surprise on Breakfast; u do your self scrambled eggs-appriciated. Nice and helpful lady in Front Reception; thanks ❤️

Actually the beds; little too soft for me. But as tired we were we feel in sleep immeduately.

although I booked a handicapped room, the bathroom had no shower chair. But at the reception, they promised me they would order it and it would be there next time.

Windows were facing internal terrace, always some people smoke and talk near my window. The mattress was too soft, the fridge had awful smell

Very professional & friendly staff. There was a problem with the fridge in our room. I informed the receptionist and she immediately apologised and offered to move us to another room. The next day there was a new fridge installed. Great spa. Nice size room.

I suggest that the rooms should have more coffee pods ,tea (we had only 1 for each person)and also milk (as there was none). We were a family of 2.
