Overall facilities and rooms are OK, AC needs some general maintenance, as it smelled like pickles in the room every time we had it on. Otherwise SPA/Swimmingpool area were generally good.

As I come from Scandinavia, I found the personal barely speaking any English, and (this is not the hotel's fault) Polish ppl staying there a bit too much, loud and hysterical kids, same with parents, but that is probably a national problem.

The aqua center is really nice! And the playroom for children is amazing! I also really liked the breakfast which had a large number of choices to select from.

The hotel itself it very nice but the surroundings is a bit suburban. There is a grocery store literally across the street but one has to walk 15 minutes to get there because the street cannot be crossed. It would be much more convenient if one has a car available :-).

Good hotel ONLY for peoples with kids. Very big number of attractions for kids. Good and big room. Breakfast 7/10

So many people in swimming pool areas. A lot a people on breakfast time, some days impossible to find a seat. Not tasty food in restaurant, but kids menu is good.

This hotel has everything! Great spa facilities, games rooms, soft play for kids, a gym, bowling alley, pool tables, bar/restaurant, breakfast, indoor/outdoor pools - If you're looking to stay somewhere that will have everything you need to entertain without the need to go anywhere else, just relax and enjoy. The room was big and comfy. The price was so good.

I suppose the location was on a busy road but this doesn't cause any issues when you are in the hotel.

Spa was just great for kids - they loved the slides. Exceeded expectations. Large and comfortable rooms, though quite impersonal large hotel.

Location next to highway is not very cosy, but convenient while on a driving holiday.

Very clean, comfortable, and good breakfast

No English or other language signs all over hotel. At the spa as well , personnel language skills were limited, and it was hard to understand what can be used and how. It is a family hotel, hence very loud. The location is basically on the local main street, between cars, train stations and shops, not a place one would walk around to relax.

Absolutely everything was good. The best family-oriented hotel with a huge number of facilities for kids. The water park (it's not just a pool, believe me!) is amazing. The location (coming by car, of course) is really good - you can stay here and find anything within 20 min drive. Will get back for sure!

Lots of attractions, you’ll never be bored. Pools, sauna, steam room, bowling, tennis and many more. Tasty breakfast. Clean comfy rooms.

Location is not the best ever. But it is not about the hotel itself.
