The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide selection, pleasant hotel

There are only two small jacuzzis outside; it would be nice to have a normal outdoor pool. The rooftop pool is 27°C, a little cool.Unfortunately, the two outdoor jacuzzis are connected, so if you turn on the bubble function in one, it will also start in the other. We left our shoes on the hotel terrace (we went down to the beach) and when we came back, they weren't there. We asked the staff and the reception twice about them, and they said they didn't know anything about it. We were surprised that someone would take used shoes. The third time we asked them to check the camera footage to see what happened, they brought them out from a room next to the reception. Apparently, they didn't take the first two inquiries seriously.

We stayed from Tuesday through Friday in mid-May. We had a particularly beautiful room on the second floor with a sea view and a one of the largest balconies in the whole hotel, which was fabulous. The spa was great and generally quite empty. It had outdoor and indoor whirlpools, two main heated pools indoors, and a very nice sauna area with steam room. Fantastic breakfast and good (though overpriced) drinks in the nice lounge area.

You can tell that the hotel gets very crowded in high season and on the weekend. Breakfast on the last day, which was a Friday, was quite packed and chaotic, therefore not as nice. Perhaps it doesn't feel so jammed when people are more able to use the outdoor space (it was simply too cold and rainy while we were there). We really liked that the hotel was a bit secluded, but it's about 20 minutes to walk into the center of Sopot, so it's not for people who want to be in the middle of the action. We took Uber to get around, which worked fine.

"Garden view" room in fact had the view of the hotel parking lot Request to change to a room that doesn't face the parking lot – or pay for an upgrade to a suite or apartment – right after check-in was refused by the front desk, even though the hotel was definitely not fully–booked and there were empty rooms that would have satisfied the request. The sauna / pool ran out of towels a couple of times and none arrived during the 1-2 hours we were there The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, but the quality of the food was average and none of the service staff ever came by the table

Very very nice place - the one you instantly want to come back to! Me, my wife and our teenage kids really loved it. Rooms are super nice, the sea view is outstanding. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced, great choice and everything was super fresh and tasty (including delicious coffee!). The pools and jacuzzi are superb, too. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - and this will be our #1 choice next time we're in this area!

Excellent, would come back again. No issues Metres from beach and roof pool great, although its closed if it rains. Sauna ,jacuzzi pool great and clean Breakfast ok. Nice walk to sopot pier, wheres its super noisy and drunk people and night and everything that comes with a party town. Glad I didnt stay in Sheraton This hotel never had issues with noise outside and could sit outside in evening and hear waves, also a nice load of activities on beach(restaurant,volleyboy) around entrance 31 which is like 200 feet away Takes 15 mins to walk to sopot pier or rent a scooter and do it in 5-7mins

Perfect location. The spa was nice and perfect for Sauna and then a dip in the ocean. Breakfast was amazing and you ordered your omelette or what you like from the kitchen at your table. Restaurant recommended also for lunch or dinner. Nice comfy beds. Shower in the room was not great. Friendly staff.

Spa was brilliant. Breakfasts great. Staff showed you to your table and kept it free from used plates and cutlery Cleaning staff were unobtrusive and thorough English speaking receptionists could do enough for you providing useful recommendations and good advice

The fish bones and chicken bones that ended up in the roof top pool as one corner of the pool was the preferred place for the crows to eat and drink, accidentally or otherwise discarding bones and rotten fish to the bottom of the pool. I had a time on one occasion avoiding a fish skeleton submerged in the pool. The staff were aware as I saw them go to that area and have a discussion peering into the pool.

Everything, we have stayed here before nearly 3 years ago for 6 days as a summer holiday so knew how amazing the hotel is. We had been touring round Poland by trains for 2 weeks ending in Gdansk and added a day to treat out selves to massages and all the facilities the hotel offers which included dinner in their lovely restaurant.

It was the second time we were coming back to this hotel and this time was even better than the previous. The rooms had been updated. The staff was polite and attentive to the details. Breakfast as usual on a great level! I love the calm area around the hotel as well as the relaxing Spa zone where it's great to start or end the day. We had a wonderful time, spending a very important day for my family. Big thanks to the staff!

It was impossible to regulate the air conditioner upper than 23 degrees, so it was quite cold in the room.

The administrator did not tell us at all about the facilities available in the hotel, how and when the spa and pools work, whether there is a restaurant or a bar in the hotel, she only asked for payment and told where the room was, and that was it. You have to find all the other information yourself on the Internet
