The place and surroundings were amazing, very peaceful, everything was well organized, even in peak hours like breakfast. Breakfast had a lot of choices. We stayed in a boathouse and definitely recommend it, everything was clean. Our kids (10, 11, 12) had a lot of fun with the activities they provide. Drinks at the beach bar were amazing. Staff was very nice, especially the ones that served us in the restaurant who could also speak e English.

Everything was written in Polish. We understand that it is a lot of work to have the activity programme in English, especially as there were mainly polish families there and little foreign tourists (when we were there). But it would have been very helpful to have some printouts of the menu in the restaurant in English. Some instructions in the house would have been helpful: It was not clear at check-out if we need to take the garbage out and how clean the dishes have to be (no dish soap and no drytowel provided). When we arrived we didnt realize first that we have to push the button on the heater in order to have hot water to shower. We were also not familiar with the different colour codes on the garbage bins.

Small but comfortable cabins, good breakfast buffet, pretty good restaurant and great DJ's in the evening on the beach.

I didn't like that when we checked in I was immediately asked to pay for car parking in advance for our visit (circa 8 euros per day) despite the fact that its impossible to visit or stay at the resort without a car. I checked my correspondence with Booking and the hotel and i couldn't find any reference to parking fees. Charging guests upon arrival for parking on top of the accommodation annoyed me before i'd even visited my cabin. The car parks didn't even have tarmac, just bulldozed areas of rough ground.

The house on the water was just amazing! Beautiful views. Plenty of attractions for the kids and adults. The fish place with take away food had fresh fish every day (fish burgers were delicious). The beach was very clean.

No coffee available until 10.30 or later if you don't have a food package. The road through the forest that takes you straight to the resort is in really poor condition.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious

The entire institution is oriented towards domestic tourism, and there are no materials available in English. Likewise, the staff doesn’t understand English, and only a few of them might know a word or two

The location was excellent. We were staying in the cabin next to the lake. The views were breath taking.

Because we booked through booking.com,we had to pay for everything: use of water equipment (Sups, kayaks) , car parking and even bicycles, while everyone else who booked directly through their site had all of that for free.

We loved everything. The environment is absolutely phenomenal, the activities for both kids and adults are very entertaining and there's lots of options to choose from.

We were unfortunate enough to have a noisy group that partied out on the deck at 4 am. But I don't think there's any way to prevent this; at the end of the day it all comes to common sense and respect for the others.

The location was perfect, and the accommodation was new, modern and clean. Having use of kayaks, paddleboards etc included within the price was amazing. Children's play park and entertainment was excellent.

Accommodation felt unfinished and lacked things we needed. For example, unfinished wires hanging out of walls, no scissors, bottle opener or chopping board in room, no air conditioning. We didn't find the receptionist we met upon arrival very friendly or welcoming. Prices in the restaurant were very high and there is no shop on site so had to drive a long way for supplies.

Excellent location, peaceful and quiet place, lakes and forests all around, possibility of using all sorts of water sport equipments, table tennis, volleyball, bicycle, etc, possibility of hopping onto a boat to Mikołajki, very kind and helpful staff

Meals in the restaurant on site were below our expectations, the metal steps to the cottage were not pet friendly - our dog hurt his leg, everything else was excellent

- crew was making top-effort to make everything work seamlessly - close to city (for shop, restaurants, change of scenery) - special thanks to bosun team for handling withdrawal of water equipments, grill stuff and all other kind of request! - food served was delicious - a lot of animations and extra stuff thrown here and there

- the spot between first line of houses was a let down (view "platform"?) - restaurant area could use some better ventilation/AC

The last two kilometers the road was very horrible, unmaintained and very bumpy
