I was working and the WiFi was great. Hotel had great amenities and the room was really comfy. Great location too - only two mins to the beach and not far from lots of restaurants.

The spa/sauna was only open from 1pm until 8pm, which meant I couldn't use it much. Would have been nice if it were open in the mornings or later at night. It would also be good to have better hairdryers - the ones they have are very weak and take 40 minutes to dry your hair.

The bar was small and the quality of alcohol and drinks/cocktails was not good enough. F.ex. they had only cheap prosecco and the quality of cocktails they prepared could be better. The bar itself is old and small and it's right next to the reception. Gym is basic, and that's ok, however, it is unattended in the mornings before SPA area is open and there is no air inside and no remote control for A/C is available.

The garden, the breakfast buffet, the room

You need to have a better cleaning routine, the steam sauna was completely full of bacteria and fungi, also the water drain had a lot of hair and I am very sure that in the 7 days I was there they did not clean it. For such a delicate place, it requires daily cleaning routines for many reasons.

Everything was fine: stuff was very friendly, modern and nice design, comfortable beds.

Unfortunately the spa area was a disappointment. Two small saunas for such a large hotel. Plus only two loungers in the rest area. We chose this hotel because of the nice looking spa area in the pictures but unfortunately we could not use it because there was not enough space for us.

All good, very nice place and close to the city, walking though the park till zopot it s a real pleasure. Little spa but with a nice garden and cozy atmosphere, no caos, no noises. Very nice indeed.

The price for the dog (I have a little poodle of 4kg) it's the highest ever seen, 100 slote (the structure didn't mention the price in their website) roughly 25 euro per night is the only real flaw of the hotel.

Room was adequate and clean, good enough size. Hotel is a walking distance to the beach and lots of lovely walking trails

I made a personal request at booking which was confirmed but never fulfilled and no reason provided. Parts of the stay was uncomfortable with some staff not being as hospitable, maybe because of language barrier or other issues? Fridge in the room didn't keep drinks cool enough.

Hard to find english speaking staff and explain the issues. Front desk to be trained more on taking care of customer needs and how to communicate.

Great room, good room service, friendly and helpful staff

We have been sleeping at this hotel almost every year since 2019 and one thing I noticed was that the breakfast just gets worse by every year. There is always a lot of variety in food but it's very extravagant/exotic food like for example lots of different hummus, chia seeds joghurt, several types of salad but always unusual combinations, there were pancakes but they were always filled with something.....Also the drinks like apple juice were not cooled and they were Luke warm. To be honest I miss the simple breakfast. For example I miss eating croissant, sausages, Nutella, medium cooked egg, plain salad with different dressingen to choose from, maybe differently types of cheese to choose from (hard cheese, soft cheese), salmon,...

Good location close to the sea, a very good breakfast

The breakfast was fantastic with alot of various options to try. The Room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa & wellness centre was exceptional along with it's staff. The location was ideal. I would definitely return to this hotel again in the future.

The cleaning wasn't done on 2 occasions and I had to request it to be done.
