Helpful staff allowed us to keep our bikes in a safe place. The water was very tasty. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever eaten. The room was spacious.

It was perfect, and very close to shops and alternative transport options. Only 15 minutes away from the city center.

I loved the staff and the service they provided. The breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. I had a lovely big room, sunny and with a great view.

The first room I got was with air conditioning system, but it was obviously someone smoking in that room before me and maybe not even once, because when I turned on the air conditioning system very bad smell came out of the air distrubutor. I had to chanhe the roomz

A double bed would have been preferred. The shower was not very clean and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Drainage from the toilet and hand basin was poor. The room (217) key was fiddly to use.

They cleaned our room everyday which was really positive point of the hotel. Breakfast was the highlight! Plenty of choices between cold and hot breakfast and beverage with pleasant atmosphere. The eating area was always clean. Restaurant staff are nice! in each floor there is a filtered-water machine which facilitates making your own hot drink in the room with provided electric kettle. Rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator. Hotel is located in a very quiet area with easy-to-park area for cars.

Unfortunately, there are some negative points about this property: 1- Staff literally cannot speak English (or even German) at all! which makes communication very difficult with them. 2- Service rooms are poorly equipped; e.g. there is no liquid hand soap and its container. You are given with small traditional solid soap with poor quality, which makes the wash basin very messy! 3- In bathroom almost the same issue. there is no place to put or hang your own stuff (shampoo,...) 4- In our room, the shower dispenser was damaged / broken and water pressure was really challenging to take bath! 5- Vacuum flush of the toilette was very weak (or there was no vacuum function at all!!) 6- TV is very old. Its ports were not working when we wanted to connect our USB 7- The city where the hotel is located is almost a village with no tourist attraction and you need absolutely your own car to drive and reach there. If you wish to visit Poznan, better to find a place in Poznan. Otherwise, you must consider 45 minutes to drive to Poznan which is almost the one and only nice tourist place around the hotel!
