I really liked everything that was provided at the hotel. Very friendly staff from reception desk to chambermaids. Delicious breakfasts - great selection of choices for everyone. A beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. There is nothing really I could complain about. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool or saunas, but I was aware of that, and it wasn't a problem for me to use those amenities in the hotel next door.

Great brekfast, very good value for money. The rooms were great. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The only problem is that it seems that there is some confusion with the front desk staff. When I checked in I specifficaly asked if at checkout I can pay in cash in EUR. The people at the reception desk reassured me multiple times that they accept EUR. Than suddenly at checkout they said that paying in EUR is not possible, that the only options are PLN in cash or by card. Since I didn't have time to change my EUR to PLN I had to pay by card which is the worst option since my bank took 10% of the price as transfer fees. So, all in all, the hotel itself is great, just make sure you have PLN in cash at checkout.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Hotels' location is quite central. The breakfast was always well prepared and surprise, surprise a coffee machine that produces hot coffee,

There is limited parking beside the hotel. There is the use of a car park for free further down the street, however, it is not monitored 24/7 and on busy days it fills up fast.

All members of staff we met were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

Some furniture was overused.

Breakfast has a lot of choice but nothing lactose free like I asked. It is close to the city center and it has free parking. The room is nice with a nice balcony and a good size.

No lactose free options in the breakfast, you can hear the noise from the other rooms, the cleaning could be better. Billiards and tennis tablet was not open.

Location was perfect

Beds. They creaked with every movement, with every roll from side to side. But not just barely, it squeaked so much that it was hard to sleep. Also the shower - the entrance is so narrow that you have to climb in sideways. And I'm of small build :D That would be a problem for a bigger person. Breakfast is simple, modest, but OK

The reception is open until late, which was great because we came late. The hotel is in a small town which is full of possibilities. There is also parking available free of charge. I appreciated the bottle of water in the room.

The bed were not very comfortable. They were separated and too soft that in the morning we found the mattresses almost half meter away from each other. The breakfast is not very rich, but it was ok. Not very much lactose free possibilities.
