The room was great, clean, comfortable, you had water, coffee, tea and a kettle available. Another great thing is that when you stay at the hotel - you get a discount to the restaurant and to the cable way to the top of the mountain. If you fill in a couple of surveys - you get free coffee and a dessert (one per review, so I guess if you fill several surveys - you can get multiple desserts). Also you can visit spa area for free.

Everything was pretty good. Food in restaurant is okay, around 7-8.

Location and staff are exceptional, the cleanliness of the rooms is also very well maintained. It's very comfortable to reach out several nice places to eat, although the restaurant in the property is also very nice, and you will be definitely satisfied if you order a dinner there. Breakfasts are simply one of the best we ever had in non-all-inclusive hotels, hence definitely recommend this place for the families with kids. The last but not least - this place is great for starting your hikes, Przelom Dunajca is very close and few other places like Sokolica and Trzy Korony are easily reachable.

It was strange that the property didn't have a proper place to store the bikes, not only would you expect a well organized bike rental service, but also a place to lock your own bikes if you bring them with you.

I booked a jacuzzi for one hour and then I went down and I found 4 people so I could not use it even if I booked time The sauna was great They need to change the lights as it was too dark ,

I love this property , it was very comfortable, clean and great location. Room very nice with great view of the mountains. Staff fantastic , friendly and helpful . I spent relaxing time after long busy day in Jacuzzi. Just great 😊

Excellent location and view. Restaurant is wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean . It was a great value for the price. Close to bus stop and shopping.

Amazing location - in the center, everything was close to the hotel Breakfast - very good, everything was enought + beautiful view of the surroundings Room - equipment, bed, bathroom..

Children in the wellness - they were noisy, chasing each other, shouting, running from the pool to the hot lub.. but it was the parents fault, not the hotel's..

Very good standard of accommodation for a quite reasonable price. The breakfast was included and was very good. Personnel was very helpful and did their best to make the room available even before the check-in time. We used the bike storage room which was very convenient. The location was ideal for hikes that start at the chair lift.

The Spa zone is too small for 6 persons at the same time.

Everything was great, especially the jacuzzi and breakfast. Impeccable rooms!
