You can tell it was built recently everything is new and clean and the design is subtle yet nice. The hams and sausages at breakfast were delicious. 100% homemade just like local people do them and how my grandfather used to make them. The location overall is great. You can easily get to the promenade and the park. I liked the funny design choice of placing a sheep’s ass in the middle of the rooms wall (pics)

The lunch menu at the main rastaurant was so small. 5-6 main dishes 2 soups and some appetizers (and 6pages of alcohol to choose from). However we might have caught them in the middle of changing the menu because Google images shows a lot more positions in the menu.

The breakfast deserves high praise; it was absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best we have ever had. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep and the location is great. Also, the hotel has a pizza restauran: we really recommend it, pizza tastes like real Italian! Spa and wellness is nice.

However, given the hotel's 5-star rating, we expected a more exclusive experience. We missed little things in our rooms like toothbrush cups, a small toiletries kit, etc. Also, the wellness was overcrowded and was rather average, the staff didn't wash the water off the ground regularly, water glasses were sometimes not available (i.e. they were missing, so there was nothing to refresh yourself with after the sauna). Additionally, the hotel didn't provide sauna towels, many guests chose to wear swimwear in the sauna, which we found less than ideal. It was also disappointing to see children in the spa after the designated 8pm cutoff time. We recommend booking a room in the main hotel building rather than the residence. It's much more convenient.

We have used this facility as 3rd stop on Velo-Dunajec bike-trip with 6+8 kids. Exceptionaly designed hotel in the center, worth the money. Kind and friendly staff, well-projected hotel as everything is close, starting parking 2m away from the rooms (very important if you need to unpack whole family fast) if you are lucky as we are. Special greetings to the ladies on the reception as I wish them just non-problematic guests.

Group of stupid oldies, who decided to have a loud midnight vodka party with 80's music in a 5-start hotel room and don't respect others at all. Everything was easy to hear as walls are really thin in this hotel part. Security guys should pack them up fast (and/or read their own hotel ToS) and not wait to 3am until multiple guests tried to calm them down first.

The hotel is amazing! looks fantastic, great location, so convenient to get anywhere, close to Grajcarka river, so you can go for a very relaxing walk. The rooms are specious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Food is delicious, everyone can find something what they like. SPA facilities and the pool are great entertainment too. There are a lot of activities everyone can do.

Even better if, there were more options in the breakfast menu for people with lactose intolerance, e.g. lactose free or plant based products.

Room not properly clean, you see the dirt on the radiators and air conditioner didn’t work properly, was very loud in the middle of night out of nowhere and doesn’t have humidity control, so in the morning very dry air, which is not the best for a comfy sleep.

Very helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of variety of delicious food. Perfect location near Grajcarek. Walking distance to everywhere.

I think that it is very overpriced to compare to the similar facilities around the world or to similar resorts in Poland in the prime locations.

Location, facilities and the ski vibe.

The staff tried to double charge us for the property as they hadn’t taken into account the 50% deposit we had already paid. Luckily we spotted the error on the invoice so had it changed…..after arguing it.

All was spectacular, the apartment was so beautiful and clean, the staff at the resort were so friendly and friendly, delicious breakfast and the restaurant Kolory Wiatru cafe & Pizza has the most delicious Italian pizza. The swimming pool was fabulous too also had a great Spa. Also my one year old son loved playing in the kids room.

The pool area is too small to accommodate guests even the hotel is not fully booked. Buffet breakfast only. I would expect a la carte breakfast in a 5 stars hotel. The light in kitchenette area could be better.

Great hotel with many facilities. Plenty of food options to choose from. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Central location. Very helpful reception.

Not enough staff available during breakfast service. Many of the junior staff couldn't speak english making communication a bit more difficult.
