Very good location, many hiking routes started near the hotel. There was excellent restaurant on the ground floor and breakfast was delicious. Even though it was central location then it was quiet during the night.

Not all of the staff were speaking English and due to that fact we missed some services. Like extras at breakfast and cleaning service. We stayed for 6 days and the towels were changed only because we went and asked. No room cleaning all that period. Mattresses were very out of shape in our room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and cafe in-house are amongst the beat jn town and just so convenient we ended up having most meals there. We had a big room with separate space for eating and working which meant we had enough space in the room for our toddler to play. Free parking is a blessing is this town.

Location of the venue was a big plus, right in the center of health spa. 3 minutes walk up the path to Dietl square. Super nice and approachable staff. Pets are welcome, you can bring them to the restaurant as well.

The vicinity is packed with other guesthouses and hotels, somewhat dense and so you might feel a little cramped, but that’s subjective I suppose.

Lovely place, in the centre of Szczawnica. Very clean, nice room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good. There is restaurant and cafe on the site. The good was very good. The hotel is only short walk from skilift to Palenica and the river. We had great time.

We had 2 single beds pushed together so in the middle of the night mattress would move away create a gap and I would fall into it

Parking was a bit tricky when it came to parking my car and leaving in the morning.

Not crowded cozy hotel in the heart of the village with restaurant, cafe and great bar/breakfast staff.

cosy room, new and clean bathroom, balcony with the view to the hills. Although the windows were facing a street, it was quiet. location was great, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, nearby a bus stop.

pillows were small, more pillows for sleep would be convenient. But we asked for a bigger pillow and the staff provided it.
