The location is beautiful and the apartment itself was beautifully constructed and apartment from the sofa was clean.

We booked this property as we were attending a wedding in the village and it advertised as English speaking with cooking facilities and had great reviews. We were sent no checkin instructions and at the property there was no reception or directions to parking. After parking near some other cars, a very grumpy man marched up to our car and just looked at us. I said "hi we are looking for reception" to which he responded by laughing and joking in Polish with a family who was sitting nearby. He then motioned for us to follow him, opened the door into an apartment and left. There was no coffee machine, nowhere to cook or to eat and nowhere to get even a coffee for breakfast. The only things provided were soap, bedding and towels. The furniture was a very cheap thin mattress and a dirty sofa. There was no fan or aircon despite the 30% temperatures. The fridge was under the stairs and not even plugged in and the walls so thin we could hear the family next door. For this we paid the same as a beautiful 4 star hotel in Krakow. I have no idea how this place has good reviews but the owners clearly have no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable.
