Superb hospitality and friendliness from the host, she made sure I had everything I needed and was well informed. The location is second to none, everything is within walking distance. I got a double room with a huge bed and a wonderful lake view. I slept very well and could resume my hike totally rested. There is a big kitchen/dining room for the guests to use on the ground level. The property is well maintained.

Close to everything. We had shop, restaurants, castle and the beach within a 6min walk. The Villa also offered us a fridge in the room that wasn't mentioned in description as well as the shared dining room

Nice accommodation with a cosy dining/fireplace room. The room was quite nice, and the beds were comfortable. Close to the Niedzica castle. What was important for us - there was no problem with storing our bikes.

Unfortunately, no breakfast was available and the only shop was open until around 11 am and after 3 pm.

The stay was incredible, and the owner as well. And also the view from the stay wonderful. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

They need to improve the cleaning and the room i stayed washroom is very small, overall for the price i believe it reasonable.

Good location, friendly hosts

The lady that runs it was very nice and showed us around when we arrived, including the garage where we could safely store our bicycles. It's very close to the castle, and was right on our cycle route so the location was great for us.

Our ensuite was tiny & cramped, lighting wasn't great. All guests have the use of a basement kitchen /dining area which was nice to have, but it is dark and cold, the kitchen sink and cooking area are old, the microwave needs replacing, there was only one fry pan for the induction cooking plates - the other pots weren't induction cooking ones so wouldn't work on it. This area didn't seem very clean.

Wi-fi doesn't work in my room

The owner was very friendly. Location close to the castle with great view over the lake.

The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust on the wardrobe and spider net on the lamp. The smell of the towels was unpleasant but bearable.
