Location is very good. Staff at reception, room service and in SPA is very supportive. Room is clean. Food at the restaurant is very good.

Staff at the restaurant was not supportive. We wanted to reserve the table for dinner at 17:00-18:00, however due to the unclear reason we could not do it. It was offered to us to sit in separate room. However, when we arrived for the dinner without reservation at 20:30, some of the tables were already free, so we ask to sit at the table, which we liked. The reaction of the senior waiter was not friendly, however at the end we finally got the table, which we wanted. Next day when we wanted to have a coffee even for 20 minutes, although more than half of the tables in the main room of restaurant were free, again we were refused and offered to have a table in the separate room.

The breakfast and the location were great! We have had other breakfasts and this one was not that extensive but the the food had a great flavor. The view of the lake from the restaurant was beautiful and you can walk to different landmarks from the hotel.

Nobody received us or even paid attention while waiting in the restaurant in the evening, we had to leave after a while. And in the morning it was not better, we had to request almost everything, juice, hot water for the tea, even napkins were not ready when they should be. Ah! The windows in our room didn't have blinds so it was difficult to continue sleeping after 4 am.

It was in such a beautiful location - the hotel restaurant was incredible and what made it even nicer was that you could sit outside and watch the sunset over the lake. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I did feel bad not being able to speak basic Polish, but the staff would always offer to speak in English which was a really lovely thing that I’m grateful for. The spa was different to what I’m used to but lovely nonetheless!

The only things were out of everyone’s control - it was super hot and humid outside during our stay and the room would get very hot. There is AC in the rooms, but I was unsure how or if it worked and there were no instructions - if I’d bought up this concern with the staff I feel confident they’d have helped, but we actually figured that if we opened the windows in the evening to let the room air out it would be a comfortable temp to sleep in without the dry throat that comes with AC.

It was a wonderful location in a park in the centre of the city. The restaurant and the terrace were delightful. Beautiful views of the lake and very well prepared food from a varied menu. The best thing of all were the staff. We were treated like royalty with big smiles and excellent service from the chambermaids through to the waiting staff and reception. Would definitely stay there again when in Szczecin.

I eventually had to leave and go home.

The hotel is super clean and has a perfect location next to a small park and a lake. The hotel staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there is one minus point - we had booked a comfort room with two single beds and were given one with a double bed. When we asked, we were only told that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing we could do about it. Unfortunately, no alternative or compensation was offered. This was very annoying because we had chosen the hotel partly because of the single beds. Nevertheless, we can recommend the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and appealing. Tip: Be sure to try the restaurant. The food was very tasty.

Good location - lake and park. Very good restaurant in the hotel for the dinner and cocktails. Quite place. Breakfast good, but not much options, lots of bread spreads and cheese and champagne :)

The bed in standard room is very narrow, it’s max 140 cm, that’s why we couldn’t sleep well. It will be better to put pancakes in a warmer, like scrambled eggs and sausages, because they were cold

The property is well located in the city. Classy premises and good restaurant that is in front of the lake giving a special atmosphere to the guests. I recommend and I hope to come back next time.

We also tried the restaurant and the food is very good. They only need to synchronise better the delivery of the meals. We were served the courses in different times so we could not eat at the same time. However the rest is good and staff is very kind.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Location in a park, beautiful. Housekeeping, is terrific. The restaurant has fantastic food and the cherry chocolate is sublime. The sauna/wellness and massage-a complete treasure. I never felt so good.

I have nothing. :) Again, smaller than US type properties, with some stairs for those with issues. Remember, things here are not humongous for a reason! Embrace this.

Beautiful hotel right by the lake. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The free parking is a great addition. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room overlooking the lake made it a wonderful calm away to stay the day. The spa is small but a nice touch. The best part of the room was the bathroom - very clean and stylish.

The location is beautiful but a good 40 minutes walk from the city centre. For us it provided a great opportunity for a stroll but not ideal if someone seeks a quick access. An Uber ride to the centre is only about 5€ though. The room was quite small and for me personally the mattress was on the soft side. The door could be more soundproof, you could hear a lot everything going on in the corridor.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. The beautiful setting in the park is peaceful and calm. The overall ambience of the hotel is one of classy, discrete luxury. The standards of customer service from the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff were excellent. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. I really wish I had noted their names as I wanted to inform the management of their excellent customer service. There was a lady with blonde hair who was mostly at reception who was superb; always helpful and professional. There was a tall, young lad in the restaurant with brown hair who was equally helpful and professional. I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite, and it was exceptional. A spectacular bathroom with a massive bath, walk-in shower, 'his and hers' basins, and a bidet. There was also a TV in the bathroom. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The flat screen TV in the bedroom was superb. There was a dining area that leads onto the balcony that overlooks the park. It has a beautiful view and even though it's directly above the restaurant it's very peaceful. I had three separate air conditioning units, which was amazing during the heatwave. It was like a fridge in my room, which I loved. The breakfast was delicious. It was a buffet style, and there was an excellent choice available of salads, delicatessen, hot foods, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, teas, juices, breads and rolls. I also ordered lunch and dinner in the restaurant a number of times, and I was always impressed by the superb presentation, delicious flavours, and interesting textures. I highly recommend the lamb for the main meal and the nitrogen ice cream for dessert. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I will certainly be returning.
