Our family loved everything... from delicious breakfast and dinner to fantastic, very helpful friendly staff. Thank you to all ladys and gentlemen working in the dining room area...for outstanding service... We loved decorations, playgrounds, and flowers done beautiful . The hotel is great! It is located a short drive from Zakopane, but we were with a car, so this wasn't a problem. There's a big and free parking on the hotel's territory. We stayed in the room for 3 people with an additional single bed and a balcony. The view is great! The food was also really good, with a variety of vegetables, some fruit. Coffee machine. The staff is friendly. There's a restaurant where you can eat dinner if you don't want to go to the city. The area is also really nice and you can take a walk there.

The single bed was useful, because the double bed is really small and there's only one blanket, which is not big enough for 2. So the second blanked from the single bed was just as well. Also there was some kind of plastic sheets under the linen sheets, which was making a bit of noise - nothing critical, but weird.

A stylish hotel with excellent breakfast (and restaurant for later meals). It is located very conveniently close to the Tatra mountains while having both groceries and bus stop right next to it. Hotel parking spaces are plenty all around the hotel. There are gardens (equipped for weddings) right next to the hotel building. During our stay, there was an issue with some machine below our room, which made noise, after discussing the problem with hotel staff, we were given another room.

The double bed was not very wide and the single blanket was narrower still which made at least one of us uncomfortable. Noise from some machine under the room (quickly resolved by the hotel staff).

I really liked the traditional wooden style of the hotel. Our room was big and had everything we needed. The hotel also has a beautiful garden. We even received a gift at our arrival: a small package with delicious cookies. It was a nice surprise. The room was sparkling clean. The breakfast was delicious and had many options.

Everything was perfect, except the fact that the double size bed was a little bit too small for the two of us. But we had a third bed in the room so it was not a big issue.

Breakfast was exceptional, made the whole stay worth more, very happy about it. The building is made of wood and has this nice athmosphere. The rooms are very confortable and decorated in a simple but very cozy way. The bathroom floor is warm. From the view from the balcony we could already see tatry with snow. The room has a kettle and mugs so is even cozier, we can make tea. The staff is very nice.

It could have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

I didn't know what Kraina Smaku meant, but with the help of Google I found out that it is the Land of Taste. After the experience I had there, I can confirm that it is. From the first moment you step there, you feel spoilt, by the welcome cookie, by the superclean bed clothes, the decorations, the view of the Tatra mountains from the balcony. Not to mention the breakfast, which contains so many savory dishes. The restaurant prepares very delicious food. I surely recomend it!

This hotel was built and is maintained to a high standard. Beautiful grounds and picnic areas clear down to a creek, with quiet indoor and outdoor seating at the well-decorated restaurant. Kid-friendly features are everywhere, with play areas inside and out, and a small trampoline. Plenty of roomy parking areas, and the food was tasty and affordable. The elevator works, which makes getting heavy suitcases to upper floors easy.

Staff seemed a bit taciturn and dispirited, but that seems pretty common in Poland. Most did respond to some humour.

The room is so clean, the staff is kind, and breakfast is great. I feel very good about the breakfast I eat in the well-maintained pretty restaurant yard. Photos of buildings and rooms on the Booking.com site came out very dark and old, but I want to let you know that it is because of the dark colors and lights of traditional Polish houses, and that the building is as clean as new. It's a great accommodation for the price.

There isn't. I am very satisfied with employee kindness, building cleanliness, and restaurant quality.

It was smooth sailing with the check-in and check-out, even though we arrived mid night. Breakfast was great, bed was cozy - so all and all - I would recommend.

Well, the decor at times was a bit funky but I guess that's the esthetics of Zakopane, so if you are into that - this will be the place to stay! Oh and paid extra to have a room with balcony but the balcony was pretty useless. Had no view (except if you are into giant cement clothe pegs in the middle of yard - then you are in for a treat) and it wasn't too comfy

The breakfast at this location was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of options and everything incredibly tasty. We did enjoy the regional decoration of the room, which added a nice touch to our stay. We were also pleased with the welcome box of sweets—a lovely gesture that made us feel very welcome.

On the contrary, the room was a bit under-equipped. For a family, there weren't enough glasses and other essential items, which was a bit inconvenient.
