Lovely spacious apartment in Zakopane, equipped with everything you need while travelling with a small child (the grounds even had a playground and a play room if raining). Was definitely handy to have a washing machine right in the apartment. Staff was super friendly and even provided a high chair. Electric car could be parked & charged in the garage. Overall a very good experience.

The curtains in the apartment had a half a meter gap between curtain and wall, facing directly the sofa bed. Wouldn't be an issue upstairs, but the balcony/outside space on the ground floor where our apartment was is public (not limited to a specific apartment) so privacy was lacking. The balcony faced quite a busy street, in the daytime the facility (loading-unloading) across the road was quite loud.

Unfortunately the building is located directly at a busy road and opposite a waste facility, so it was very noisy.

We had a very large apartment with two bedrooms, which was clean and comfortable, silent during the night. After going to restaurants every night during our holidays it was nice to prepare diner in the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped. Service was great with good tips for hikes.

We wanted to extend for an extra day, there was no availability for the two bedroom apartments, we switched to the one with sofa bed in the living room. The curtains cannot be closed completely. This was a minor issue.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist; he was exceptionally kind and friendly. The building is new, the apartment was clean and modern, equipped with an elevator. The mountain view was impressive, and there was a free parking lot available. It is conveniently located close to the city center. The balcony proved to be useful for our smoking friend.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is only one electrical socket. Therefore, you'll need to choose the device you want to use at any given time. Additionally, the lighting was insufficient, making the room a bit dark.

Harenda Residence is indeed an exceptional place to stay when in Zakopane. We were absolutely delighted by the hospitality and the overall customer care by the staff. The apartment we stayed in was in immaculate state and was big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was super clean, well equipped with everything one could wish for. The breakfast basket was really really good, at first we were a bit worried whether it would be enough for the 8 of us, but let me tell you, it was so deliscious and so filling we always had leftovers.

There isn't anything we didn't like. Oh, maybe the boiler was a bit little for that many people, but other than that everything was exceptional.

The property was clean the rooms were big, we were given a downstairs room that we absolutely loved because our little girl could run around the grass and play, our room was big and well equipped and the bed was quite comfy. The staff was amazing too and readily helped us when we needed help. I just wish the cleaners did a better job we had to clean the big from the previous guests who poured a smelly soup in it and it wasn't washed but covered with big bag.

Room was spotless and bed as well as pillows, sooo comfy. I loved the idea of two separate duvets in bed which made our sleep so comfortable. Very nice view from windows, and very happy with entire room and its design. As well as other amenities.

Little fridge had a funny smell, thought it would’ve disappear but it didn’t really. A’c didn’t wanted to work at all, like it wasn’t working or turning on. So fan would’ve been helpful especially if there was some difficulties with a’c.

Great location if you are with car. Clean rooms, enought space for 3 or 4 people. Kids playground outside. Parking outside or in garage.

Too hot on apartaments. Breakfest is not worth to take.

The house was very clean and smelled so nice when we got inside.It is an apartment with everything tou need inside.The location also was nice and quiet.

Only thing i would recommend that it needs to be fixed is the glass door of the shower, it was difficult to get inside if you were a bit overweight also when then door was closed so much water qas going outside on the floor.

Nice but the internet is bad and it is 12 mins driving to the center , it is not easy to find uber , there is no room services ..
