We booked two rooms for overnight stay, got the both on a top ploor, one was perfect , the second unfortunately was cold, beside that we had a good stay, with pleasant owners, clean facilities, good internet , smooth check-in and check-out, good breakfast.

minor issue was a malfunction bathroom exhaust fan, which turnes on with the lights on, but it created so strong noise that had to take a shower in a dark. Updated the owners.

Beautiful surroundings and a short driving distance from Zakopane. We stayed there one night before our trek at Mt. Rysy. The owners served an excellent breakfast; there were cheese and cold cuts, and they also offered freshly made omelettes and eggs, which set us up for our trek to Mt Rysy.

Kind host, clean rooms, great breakfast with cold buffet and huge portions of warm dishes (scrambled eggs, omlette, sausage, etc.). Nice location.

Uncomfortable bed with a single blanket, no hair drier in the room, however it was indicated. Much noise coming to the room from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The roll-up blinds were useless. Tiny bathroom.

The man who received us was very kind, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Easy to park. Definitely would come back again.

Good value for money, with nice breakfast buffet included in the price. Small room, but with private bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, a bit noisy from the rooms upstairs and next to us, we could hear people walking and moving furniture in the night.

Very friendly host and amazing omelette for breakfast! Zakopane is a nice place to go and this was a perfect place to stay.

The bed was a bit short for tall swedes 😉

Small bathroom .

The hosts are very nice. It is a family business made with lot of passion. We spent our Christmas night at this place. In the morning we received a very generous breakfast, including some traditional dishes. It was very impresive to us, being first time we traveled in Poland. After check out, we wanted to spend our afternoon at the sky and the host was extremely nice and accepted to store our luggage. Ski is very close by this property, you can see it looking by your room window. I attached a picture of the ski lift made from our balcony. We will never forget the perfect Christmas atmosphere of this family. We definitely want to come back to this place.

If it would have been with kitchen it would be easy for family for self preparation for kids.

Breakfast is truly amazing and staff’s hospitality was great.

The breakfast was one of the best we've ever got. The buffet is fresh and plentiful and the À la carte was delicious too - even better than the buffet. The bed was very comfortable with one big snuggly blanket.
