The attention to detail, the perks and gifts, everyone at the hotel and of course the place, stunning beautiful. Also, the small cookies they leave at room every night!

Even as one of the first guests of this newly open hotel i can't point one thing.

Large, beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, magnificent pool, quiet, free and peaceful surroundings, lovely food and service, beautifully restored historic building.

Free parking advertised but this is the village’s public car park. The hotel’s own gated car park is restricted to disabled or electric cars only. We drive a classic car so had to persuade staff that we needed to park in the gated parking area which was empty when we arrived. They did allow us eventually but it was a concern for us. Everything else was superb. If you need secure parking then call the hotel before booking!

The hotel has the feel of a luxurious country house with discreet but attentive staff. The bedroom was very comfortable with doors leading to the lovely garden with swimming pool - which we used even in early May! The real highlight was the spa complex - with sauna, pool and relaxation room! Fabulous - we were very well looked after by the member of staff at the spa who served us tea in the relaxation room after our swim - heaven!

As tea drinkers a kettle and tea bags in the room would be nice! It was supplied when requested!

Quite environment between beautiful vineyards Lovely outdoors facilities such as the pool and the bar next to it. Waiters were extremely friendly and helpful.

We arrived at time for check in but had to wait for an hour until the room will be ready. We’ve booked a dinner in a restaurant recommended by the concierge but an hour before they told us that the restaurant is closed.

What a beautiful hotel ! The result of many years of hard work restoring a historic building, with a very professional and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds, and located in a charming village with many gardens

Not much ! I would have liked soft close wardrobe doors and a heated towel rail in the bedroom. The signage to find the car park could be clearer, or they could put the car park on google maps

We took the village garden tour which was excellent. The restaurant was excellent including both service and food qualify. The staff we extra friendly. The spa was excellent as we used the complimentary sauna and pool facilities. The sommelier at the restaurant was super knowledgeable which added to the dining experience.

The small town is very quiet.

Amazing staff very kind and professional. Comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast has good and various delicious options. They have provided a unforgettable experience to us and prepare an amazing anniversary day for my wife

Excellently restored royal house with excelente staff and an excelente restaurante on site. The spa facilities and heated outdoor pool were all very good as well.

The garden is not in keeping with the rest of the property and was in general a disappointment.

Exceptional property, well-decorated with attention to details. The service is excellent, the staff were dedicated to make our stay as perfect as possible. We didn’t feel we were in an hotel, more like a grand home. Definitely on our list of places to return to.
