I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are and always so happy to help in any way they can. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the whole hotel is very well cared for and for such an old building it really doesn't show. Just perfect ❤️

My only small issue would be that the evening meal is always a 3 course set menu and not the option to just have one course or even something else but it's right in the centre of town so just a quick walk to the nearest restaurants

the breakfast was excellent, good spread of fruit, breads and cake. the pool was great for our son who had a great time in it, and the garden was really very pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is quite large, but wasn't noisy. the location is excellent and there's a little tourist train that goes from the main square in front of the hotel which was cheap and enjoyable.

It was very central so it was easy to get everywhere quickly. Staff was very nice to us. Breakfast was great too.

The bathroom was not as clean as we wished, I did not dare to take a bath because the borders of the bathtub were dirty when we arrived. I wish that the staff informed us on everything we could do at the property when we arrived, I had to ask about the swimming pool, about the spa, about the bar, about breakfast etc. etc. but other than that it was very nice and we can’t really complain, it’s just little things that can easily be adjusted :)

Great location, friendly staff and spacious room although a little tired but that’s reflected in the price. So not bad at all. Breakfast was a very good spread and was kept topped up right up to end of breakfast time.

For me the bed was just too hard, I am a pretty sound sleeper and not particularly fussy but I found this bed so hard.

Great location for walking into the old town, plenty of parking which is just as well as there is nowhere else to park. Breakfast and room were both excellent.

The SPA was a little disappointing. Sauna and steam room have to be pre-booked. Gave the required notice and went down - both stone-cold. Still like that when we left the pool an hour later. Staff didn't know what had happened.

Perfect location near Plaza Respublika. Excellent garden inside the property. Good breakfast, clean room. Parking next to the hotel entry. But very narrow, hard to take the angle to park. If you park a midsize car between white lines, as I did, slots on both sides on my car remained empty.

There is only one power outlet in the room, deep under the table. There are two more near the beds, again, close to the floor, but to use them you have to detach bed lamps. I have a simple proposal: put an extended cord with two-three outlets on the table - and the problem solved.

Good views, amazing breakfast with plenty of options, quiet rooms.

The room was okay, was expecting something a bit more modern, some of the lamps in the room weren't working, but we made due. The bathroom is outdated, but clean nonetheless. The AC didn't really cool down the room, had to open the window to be able to sleep.

We ate dinner there first night; honestly didn’t care for the cod, overcooked. Two bed room very small Closet hard to access with door

Everything was perfect, located near the historic centre, friendly staff, nice room with all the accommodations and a really good extensive breakfast (included).

We didn’t gave a perfect note because the bathroom is a little bit outdated, but it did the job.

bathroom is a problem, in 2024 a Hotel like this can't still have this old kind of bathroom with this kind of bathtub
