Lovely pools, imaginatively and unusually organised spa.Very good chef and menu, we even stayed for a second dinner.Nice township around and the ability to visit terminal procedures within walking distance

The rooms are too small, there are too many of them and the spa can hardly cope with the full occupancy of the hotel. It is a pity that right under the windows of the hotel there is a road - but it is not the fault of the hotel of course.

Place is really great for few days relaxation at the SPA. But mainly people were coming for 1 night. I would recommend to do visits during the week days as the hotel provides a possibility of ONLY SPA access per hours rate so probably weekends are full of families with kids, what can be really noisy and too crowded. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant menu for lunch/dinner is a bit small but quality of food was good.

Interior decor is top notch. Located by the river. The staff is awesome and even the owner is really helpful.

Something that we learn after checking-in, although Thermas is in the name, the actual therapeutical thermal facility is located on a public facility outside the property. This is common practice within other Hotels in the thermal region. Anyway, the property has a really good SPA with every king of relaxing experiences, including massage for couples. Really worth it.

The location is great, based on the panoramic view and place of the SPA. The SPA itself is really amazing and extremely good to see and to use. We will recommend the hotel for sure!

The worst point is practical impossibility to speak in English with staff! It wasn't correct service for ROOM SERVICE time wise and quality wise. There is very important point to have a charging station in the hotel for electric cars.

The SPA, gym, solarium.

The staff too much worry about the quantity that you take on your breakfast.. it is ridiculous...Never happened before even in a hotel more cheaper or lower category..

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, great spa.

Although we had an upgrade from a standard room to a premium room, according to receptionist, the bedroom was facing the back of the hotel which was not a great view. Also the toilet paper left on the room was not enough :/
