It's a prime location in the heart of the delightful city of Viseu. The apartment is in a historical building, full of well preserved character. Everything is in a few minutes. But what we loved the most was the charming young lady who met us! Friendly and warm and so helpful with all the information we could ask for.

The kitchen doesn't have any free supplies , like mineral water, coffee or tea. Just two bags of sugar. We could find some drinks for charge and nothing else. Anyway, there are super marts close by.

We had a wonderful stay here, the room was spacious and had a great view over the gardens at the front. Very comfortable lounge area too. Check in was smooth and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The area is very central and close to a lot of bars/restaurants and cafes. Also a short walk, around 10 minutes, from the bus station.

The pool comes with a charge of 7.50 euros per person for 45 minutes and needs to be pre booked, You need to wear a swim hat which is an additional 5 euros and flip flops again another 5 euros unless you have your own of course. The coffee pods for the machine in your room are 1 euro each... The balcony isn't one you can sit on, very narrow.

The apartment was quite spacious. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean, WiFi worked excellent. The apartment was in a very central location, on the side of a beautiful garden. We found a free parking spot right in front of our room. The staff was helpful, and also let us check out one hour later then we were supposed too

-The stairway to the bedroom was very weirdly designed and quite dangerous to be honest -the kitchen had barely any cutlery, etc.

Staff kindness and professionality, location and room facilities

The room smelled a little like if some rude people smoked inside. However, this is NOT a bad comment for the hotel staff in any possible way: it was an issue that could not be solved easily (it takes time to make that smell totally disappear). People's bad manners are not resposability of the hotel

Excellent location, comfortable room, great balconies. But the best were the staff! They went way over and above what might have been expected with kind, good natured helpful personal attention!

The water goes out the shower door onto the bathroom floor easily. If I were a larger person, the space the toilet occupies would be really too small!

The service was extremely great!!! We came in late and past the check in time. They’ve given us advice and guidance for self check in. They even include the picture of the building and even better, the took a video of how to get it for access and all!!!! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to come and have a holiday in Viseu, they air-con, wide open space for rooms.

Very nice garden outside, comfy bed, quiet street, friendly staff, very effective heater. Great location, 5 minutes to the nice park and to the main attractions. Good restaurants suggestions in partnership booklet

There was no sponge and dishes detergent. It made difficult to use the kitchen. We could have bought them, but we only stayed for 2 nights, so it was not worth it. Also there was coffee machine but no coffee at all

The location was central and walkable to everything. The room was well-equipped with a large bathroom and shower. All the staff we spoke to were extremely gracious, and we were able to have an early check-in. The room even came with a free small bottle of the local Dão wine.

It was a bit noisy at night but this is the price you pay for a very central location! The air-conditioner is a free-standing unit and also a bit noisy.

Very nice place! A beautiful spacious and modern loft, very luminous and welcoming! It was perfectly situated, in the « Plaça Republica ». All the historic places where close by, and we easily found a place to park. One of the nicest place we had in Portugal. Since it was a last minute deal it was really affordable! I highly recommend it!
