Modern, relaxing hotel with large rooms a short walk from the historic town of Serpa. A good place to stay on a road trip through this part of Portugal. Parking included and we booked a rate with an excellent breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom plus double shower and bathtub was a bonus.

The Turkish bath was closed since it was out of service and since it was winter, the outdoor pool was also closed. We tried to use the gym on the weekend before breakfast, but were told that it opened at 9am instead of 7am on weekdays. The gym, which looked well-equipped, should be open at all hours since it is located in a separate building and guests may want to exercise early or late. So we didn't get to use any of the hotel amenities during our brief stay.

- Breakfast - Well, amazing. Many options os sweet and savory including 4 types of milk!!!! (Almond Milk, Skimmed Milk, "Normal" Milk and Lactose Free Milk); - The hotel opened June 2022, so everything is pretty new. I loved the decoration (like I would like to have it in my house, type of decoration)) - Room - The room was pretty spacious, even for 3 people in one room, so for 2 people, they will have more than enough space as well! I loved they had shower gel, shampoo and even hand/body cream from Rituals, they smelled really nice, so you don't need to worry abount bringing those in; - Bathroom was perfect and spacious as well; - Staff were nice; - Pool - Was amazing. Even though there were a few people at the pool, it did not feel crowded. The water in the pool was really nice and we also overheard people saying how nice the water felt (like with no chlorine feel to it); - Hotel is minutes away from restaurants and the centre os Serpa, so many places are within walkig distance; - Elevator - This hotel is very disabled-friendly because people in wheelchairs, for example, can access all areas of the hotel including the 1st floor :) so it was a very positive point for this hotel as well! Me and my friends really enjoyed our stary here and we would recommend it in a blink of an eye!

The only thing I did not like and this is totally personal preference (because my friends did not complain about it) but for me the bed felt a bit hard and I like more comfy matresses. Apart from that, nothing to say :)

The room is spacious, the staff is helpful and efficient. The breakfast is very good.

The towels were replaced everyday. It make no sense. They need to improve this policy. The lift is very noise and slow.

The staff was accommodating. We needed to be expedited in terms of check-in, and that allowed us to arrive on time for the wedding. We would have needed more time to accomplish that.

Because we were so expedited, they needed more time to tell us that the gate was closed but not locked. When we arrived after the wedding for 10 minutes, we were scared that we couldn't reach the room 🤣.

Excellent modern rooms. Good aircon.

Breakfast not up to four star standards. Little fruit ready to eat. For instance: there was a pineapple on display - whole. Melon slices were presented with the rinds still on. A few more such shortcomings which should be easy to rectify. Precious few international TV channels. Not enough shade around pool.

Super clean and comfortable for myself and young kids. Kids loved the room and being in the swimming pool. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit Serpa.

Everything was perfect nothing we didn’t like, can’t fault the property!

great for parking, the pool, fantastic breakfast and a brilliant head receptionist who doubled up as waitress for our evening meal! she made our stay special.

Too much stairs to get into rooms. Food in hotel restaurant wasn't very good.

Breakfast was well served, although it lacks some vegetable offer. I suggest also forgetting MTV videos at breakfast time and, instead, offering traditional Portuguese music. Just an idea!

New hotel, uber modern. Fabulous. Super bathroom. Staff wonderful especially Filipa on reception. Food great...portions large so share the Febras de lombo!I Nice cafe attached.
