The hotel is very nice, have confortable facilities. The bedrom as a lot of space, with a confortable bed, and the bathroom is also good. The breakfast is very good in terms of quality, but could have more variety and natural juices (like orange for example). The pool is also good, it’s not very big but can fit everyone, and it’s in the shadow which is good because it’s very hot in summer. Overall, it was good experience and we would like to repeat it.

The lady working the breakfast was speaking to me in Portuguese but I didn’t understand her (my son did). She was telling me I was not allowed to put water in my water bottle from the dining room. I have some big medical issues and I carry around a water bottle all day for medication. Just thought it was a little rude for her to come at me. I eat barely anything since most of my stomach has been removed. All I wanted was water to take my medicine and keep me hydrated

Contemporary hotel designed for ease and to modern taste. Staff helpful and informative. Nice spacious lobby area, good standard buffet breakfast included in the price. Reserved parking area immediately outside. The hotel is on the edges of central Beja but the old town is only a few minutes' walk away.

The location was great ..close to the centre and easy to find Hotel was Spotlessly clean. friendly staff and our room was large Pool was lovely and breakfast was included ..

The bed was harder than I would have liked and oddly we only had one chair on the balcony

Reception and catering Staff were excellent and professional. The cleaners were good but we found dirt behind and under the furniture in our room.

The room had space for additional furniture and lacked sofa/chairs to sit in comfortably.

Breakfast free and comprehensive

The shower leaked and i slipped on the floor. Hurt my leg and arm. There were not adequate dressings in the hotel. Restaurant not open Sunday evening and local cafe didn’t serve dinner.

Clean and comfortable and not too far to walk to the centre. We were there for Bejaromana which was a lot of fun. Coincided with Benfica winning the league and the club cafe was close by. Fireworks and car horns blaring. Well worth visiting the Beja museum too.

Nothing really. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. As my husband says it does what it says on the tin. Many thanks.

The only disappointment was the poor wifi , very very slow at times and frequently it just disappeared

Huge room for two people! No kidding, you could probably do circuit training in the room 😁 plenty of storage in the room. Room was clean and well maintained.. Nice variety at breakfast. Lovely staff.

I slept fine with ear plugs. But if you have a balcony that opens to the plaza, know that there are two cafes that open till late and you can hear people if you leave the windows open. Otherwise you don't hear others in the hotel. The plus side of the cafes is that they made for a nice nighttime walk to get a cold drink on a warm night.

Friendly staff. Close to the buss station.

Standard uniform breakfast. Noisy exterior due to the proximity of a café where people sit until midnight.
