Nice place, friendly staff, proper spa. They have 2 pools. Great breakfast and amazing view from the balcony (new building)

They should put some table or something inside of the spa, so people could put their towels and etc. If people rent spa, they should have possibility to close the door as people were entering there thinking Spa is for free.

Interesting place, split between 2 sites with a newly built block constructed on the hill above the older part of the hotel - we were, by choice, in the new block as the difference in room price was nominal and they looked better. Our room was very big with a balcony and views over the valley, it was spotlessly clean, and being newly built, a nice fresh environment to be in. Also, much quieter than being down on the main road. Good flat parking once you get up there, but the way up is a little tricky to negotiate on a heavily laden motorcycle. Little English spoken but as always you get by, and everyone was very friendly. Right on the N2. The restaurant is down the hill at the old hotel complex and breakfast was down there as well - simple food at a reasonable price. There is an infinity pool on the hillside which amusingly has friendly, if a little smelly, sheep and goats grazing around it.

Wasn't a problem for us but the steep trek up and down the hill from the new block to the cafe/bar/restaurant and reception might be a bit much for some - personally I would tolerate that to take advantage of the better rooms etc in the new block.

Arriving to the Hotel was very easy. We traveled by car, and had no issues finding the location. There is also a lot of parking space withing the hotel premises. The staff was great, giving us a very warm welcome and very fast check in process. The room was pleasant, clean and quiet, with a great balcony over the peaceful Alentejo landscape. I didn't use the pool, but it looked great too.

Nothing really. There were a few things I did not try, like the pool, breakfast or the wi-fi. There was also a restaurant that we did not use. Upon the check out there were some queues, because of a lot of guests deciding to leave at the same time, but nothing major - we were done in a couple of minutes. I would definitely come back to this one.

Great location! EXCELLENT amenities… gym, indoor heated pool and sauna, outdoor pool when the temps are higher!

Breakfast could have been better. VERY basic… and not much selection!

The hotel waited for us till 2 AM the following day due to significant delays at the airport due to flight diverting due to issues on the runways at Lissabon. The staff was absolutely incredible and so friendly. The restaurant was also great and the food and cold beverages were exceptional.

The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the lady that served breakfast the last morning was seemingly not very happy with her job and was rude and impatient. A bit of a let down after all the friendly and helpful staff during the whole stay.

A great property, everything you need. Convivence of a restaurant on property was nice. This feels more like a standard US hotel if that's what you're looking for. Not so much cozy like some of the hostels and boutique accommodations in the area, but a good value nonetheless. All depends on what type of experience you're looking for. The pool area is beautiful, food was very good, staff was helpful and kind.

Nice modern hotel on the N2. Good reasonably priced restaurant. Good selection for breakfast.

Walk up and down the hill to the restaurant and bar. Clear glass window to bathroom /room area. Even though blind provided.

The staff was super, great check-in with the introduction of the context of the hotel within the village. The room was perfect with a very nice view for the landscape and a great connection with the village. Wi-fi worked perfectly.

We was in the low season and the reception is not with staff all the time.

The spa and the swimming pool were a plus and the area in general is a great place to go and relax. Really recommend it!

Comfortable, friendly people, nature, pool area and indoor pool, and quiet location in the countryside town.
