Breakfast was excellent, very fresh and local products delivered everyday to our room. Very clean room, spacious enough for a family of 4. Wonderful surroundings, perfect for star-gazing in the evening! The staff was always so friendly and helpful.

An upgrade would be to have the eggs from local producers (biological), rather than sourced from macro businesses. The pool needed some maintenance during the first day, but eventually it was sorted.

We loved everything, from the breakfast to the pool! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The place is embedded in the local community which is great to help preserve suave a small village.

It is a pity that there isn't even more cooperation with the locals and the region. A good idea would be to have a little sales point for local delicatessen and produce such as olive oil, etc.

Loved the village story & the fact that it is cared for by the locals themselves. Also, Hand delivered breakfast in a basket in the morning was plentiful, & healthy. Bed was comfy, and the casita was very clean. Even the walks were swept in the mornings. The locals take pride in their village. Also sustainable solar hot water.

No access to laundry, we had to go into Evora tough when we had been travelling for awhile. Otherwise nothing wrong

I love the concept of this place as it's a small village and the houses of the village are the ones we rent. There are different types of houses. Ours was an open space with a big bed, we had a kitchenette on the right when entering and then a big bathroom and a small table with 2 chairs, 1 sofa and an original clothes hanger. The swimming pool area is very nice and chilled. It's pet friendly!!!

This is a really lovely place for retreat "in the middle of nowhere". Our appartment was nicely decorated, spatious and well cleaned. The A/C worked well and quickly, we also appreciated the sound system. The staff was amazing, especially as they quickly reacted to our issue (we had to come here instead of spending time at another accomodation where we were supposed to stay) and prepared our appartment quickly within hours. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was brought to our door each morning, had a nice variety of choice, fresh and tasty ingredients. The staff also proactively asked about any food allergies or intolerances and we greatly appreciated this as they provided us lactose-free milk and cheese.

The wifi is not working well. In the appartment itself it is very slow and the signal is weak. It does not reach beyong the appartment even for a few metres. This is certainly something to make better, as we were not able to reach a normal data and phone signal in this small village.

Great concept to build the hotel into a pre-existing village. We loved how peaceful it was. The room had everything we needed, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and small kitchen which was adequately stocked with necessary items. AC and wifi were strong. Parking is simple and the location is just 20mins from Evora. Worked out great for our one night stay. Staff was very sweet as well.

Breakfast could be improved a bit. The concept is cute, with it being delivered to your door in a picnic basket. However, we stayed at other hotels where this was done a little better. The breakfast is carb heavy and we ended up not eating the majority of it. Some suggestions: Perhaps a pre-selection of items would help reduce waste and also make it more enjoyable for the consumer. A hot food option or some eggs would be a nice addition as well. At least one dairy free milk option. Investing in a few insulated beverage containers would be nice, as they send coffee pods to use in the machine in the room. This wouldn’t be an issue for everyone, but we have a hard time using those machines as we never know when it was last cleaned and have had negative experiences in the past.

Breakfast was very nice We also enjoyed the location & cozy village stile Bed facilities were nice, so we slept very well Pool & all outdoor spaces were very nice for chill Staff is adorable (especially women with breakfast)

The restaurant was closed, but on the info & google it should have been open More folding beds (chairs) at the terrace (for 4 people we had only sofa for 2 ppl)

Located in a very quiet, peaceful location in close proximity to Evora. Rooms are quaint and nicely decorated. Breakfast basket was a lovely touch. The pool area has lots of seating. A great hidden gem to relax for a day or two.

Weak wifi signal. Unfortunately the policy/rules with pets aren't enforced by the property. The last night of our stay, a family had their dog running around off leash for the evening. I love dogs, but don't appreciate them peeing on the greenery right outside my door where we were sitting. The dog also ran into our room when we had our door opened. The owner didn't seem to care, nor did reception when we advised them the following day.

good location when you plan to visit evora or menhirs swimming pool breakfast that we got everyday in the basket- fresh fruit, jams and juices really good and tasty modern equipment no problem with parking

We absolutely loved the breakfast, it was delivered in a wonderful basket to our door, it looked amazing and tasted wonderful as well. We love the beds they were so comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and the fruit trees in the courtyard added to the charm

We booked twin beds for our children but ended up with a king size bed.Hiwever the beds were extremely comfortable and everything else made this trip perfect.
