A spotless hostel with very cozy decor. It was a very pleasant surprise. Our private double room had a lovely large terrace and a very comfortable bed. The whole building seems in immaculate condition and sleeping was very quiet! There is a lot of inexpensive parking available very nearby…but it was busy when we visited on Easter weekend, so we did have to be a little bit patient in finding a spot.

The only negative was that the shower water did not get very warm.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, and the location is perfect. You can see the Chapel of Bones and Church from the balcony and is a couple of minutes walk to the Roman ruins. It has a lovely lounge room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great terrace that is lovely in both the morning and afternoon. The photos do not do justice to how pretty this place is. This is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The cleaning of facilities happens multiple times a day. The people working there are lovely, friendly and kind. I wish I had longer to stay because this place was so good.

Fantastic location. I booked the 9 person dorm and it was off season during the week day, so had the place to myself! There were only a few people there, so not a social atmosphere. The staff were through with the initial tour and the signage explained everything. The place looks exceptionally new and the cleaning staff always was cleaning. The terrace was nice, bathrooms were very clean. The reception called me a taxi, because roller bags were quite useful on these old streets.

The bathroom stalls were a bit small for taller folks. You almost have to do a yoga pose if you have long legs.

Great location, superb staff, toilet rooms are quite organised and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

It is a pity common areas such as the terrace close as early as 10 pm, especially on hot nights (I understand it is about noise policy. Believe me, guys in the bedroom were pretty much noisy anyway!). Beds facing the door are unpleasant when people come late at night, and the aisle lights go all over the place.

Honestly one of the most amazing hostels I have ever stayed at, great location right in the Old Town, rooms are comfortable and spacious, tasty breakfast, very attentive and friendly staff, the hostel is also constantly cleaned throughout the day. A huge thank you to all of you for making my stay memorable. Heaven Inn will stay my n.1 choice whenever visiting Évora

An exceptionally good accommodation at Evora. Good location - close to coach station (about 12~15min by walk, not run) and to the the historic sites (in 5 to 10 minutes' walk). Staff are friendly and helpful. They keep all the places very clean and tidy and you will feel staying there is very comfortable. I stayed there for 3 nights and saw the consistent standards they are keeping. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay there again if I will be back.

The toilet near the kitchen might need to get better ventilation as it was a bit stuffy. Sensor in the bathroom on the first floor might need improvement as it was not sensitive enough. It turned completely dark once I was having shower. Otherwise, the bathroom has been kept very clean and tidy, unlikely many other common bathrooms that I have experienced before.

What I especially liked was that shortly after I arrived a little accident happened. Intuitiv I think it was the Managers wife that by mistake dropped some coffee at the only t-shirt I had. I'm a full-time traveller and don't care so much but no matter what I said she exist to clean it. 10 min after I had a clean and dry t-shirt 😊 Very very polite woman/ manager 🙏🌹 - everything was clean at the hostel, perfect bedroom and beds, good WiFi. Clean kitchen and very big terrace & living room. All clean. Very polite and helpful staff as well. Bathroom very clean.. everything like a hotel. You really get valuta for your money.....

ultra friendly staff, explained all details, brand new renovated ancient palace with roof top views on cathedral & old town, stylish boutique style lounge with desks for pc or eating, some local arts & culture books, brand new well equipped kitchen, modern spacious tower beds, all ultra clean, great bathroom and showers, safety card lockers, unbeatable value. In midst of Restaurants and old town.

Everything is spotlessly clean, the facilities look fresh new and the location is great. Amazing common area and terrace

The property is missing a bit of hoste vibe. The workers are very nice, but they are not hostel people. Also, there are a couple of upgrades that would help, like putting curtains in the bed bunks. Also the mattress was not crazy comfy, and the bed was very noisy.

The staff at Heaven Inn were fantastic! They were welcome & very helpful with information about local sites & options for visits to sites just outside of Evora. The hotel was immaculate & beautifully decorated with a wonderful common area on the top floor with balconies & cooking area. This was in a great location. It was very central in the historic town centre with easy access to many of the historic sites, cafes, a supermarket, etc
