We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Moov Hotel Evora and found it to be a modern and pleasant hotel. The staff were consistently efficient and helpful throughout our visit. We opted for the on-site parking, which at €10 a day, felt very reasonable for the convenience. One of the highlights for us was the hotel's fantastic location, situated just inside the historic city walls. This made exploring Evora on foot incredibly easy. It was also a real bonus having a shop right next door that stocked some food items and other essentials – very handy! While we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we did appreciate the self-serve coffee machine for a quick caffeine fix. The sleep quality was excellent! Overall, a great option for a modern stay in a prime Evora location, especially if you're travelling relatively light.

The only minor drawback was the room size. With two large suitcases in tow, it felt a little compact. Additionally, there was no fridge in the room, which we would have loved. However, these were small points in an otherwise very comfortable stay –

Great hotel. Great location, within walking distance to the town and sights. Hotel was modern clean and nice. Garage parking facilities were very good. Staff were fantastic and friendly.

The first room we were given faced the street, the first night we didn’t get any sleep at all as there were student street parties. We complained various time and the staff did what they could. The next day we were moved to an interior room and were given complimentary breakfast and our parking fee was refunded, this was well received and very kind of the hotel to do.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was worth the price, good quality and all you can eat. The location is very good and plenty of restaurants are close by. The beds were too firm for one of us but not the other. The descriptions were accurate and the designers were very conscious about including environmentally friendly features such as the innovative lighting in the hallways. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean and the AC worked perfectly.

The beds could be a bit softer.

The location was excellent. So close to everything. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the towels were big and it was quiet.

It was very small…smaller than I expected, but the price was right and it was comfortable. However it would have been nice to at least had a luggage rack. Breakfast was nice. I would have liked some fresh cut fruit and eggs though. As other reviewers have mentioned, Google Maps goes to the wrong location. It was really bad…we ended up in a small alley. I know the hotel continues to work with google to correct the link. What worked for us was to use the directions link in the Booking.com listing and opening it in Maps (Not Google Maps). Then there was no problem.

Really nice location and a good room for a short stay. I received a little surprise treat for my birthday, which made me feel loved and well taken care of. Thank you!

Changing the TV channel was a bit inconvenient due to the delay. The room could be more spacious – removing the desk and chair might help create more space. The breakfast is expensive: €10 per person if booked in advance, and €12.50 if not reserved at check-in. For that reason, i didn't reserve the breakfast.

This Moov hotel is a great find. Everything was updated and modern inside, very clean, and functioning. There was a vending connivence store in the lobby, safe ATM, good size elevators, plenty of lobby seating while waiting. No key, # coded room entry, wifi was decent. The staff was friendly and easy at check in, and stored my luggage for a few hours after check out. The location is good. Evora isn't a big city, it was only a 15 min walk up to the cathedral, roman ruins, and bone chapel. There were some local restaurants and late night market next door too.

Nothing for the value. I'd definitely stay at more Moov hotels in the future.

Very comfortable room and excellent diverse breakfast. Location was good as we could walk down to the water within 20 minutes. There was also a parking garage to park our car to get it off the street. There was a fabulous enclosed market courtyard diagonally across the street with several great food options and beverages. We ate or had a drink there several evenings. We and several families with small children enjoyed.

At the property itself there was not a good gathering place like a rooftop area to unwind and have a drink.

This is a slick modern hotel located within the old city walls, and only a few minutes walk to the main town square. We booked it because of its location and the fact that it had some car parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Diogo on the front desk, who met our questions with efficiency and good humour. The room was modern and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. There are good restaurants very close, and it’s a great location for exploring the old part of the city.

The quality-price ratio was really good. The room had everything expected and it looked good with a tiny balcony that could fit one person ideal for a smoker. It didn't have a fridge or a water boiler to have a coffee or tea in the room but we stayed just 1 night so we didn't need those. The room was warm too The shower had continuously hot water in a stable temperature. Our booking didn't include breakfast but the hotel has 2 vending machines in the lobby, one for coffee and one for food. It was very convenient even for a snack during the night. The personnel are polite and helpful. The location is also good.

Moov Hotel Evora was a wonderful stay. The great breakfast was in a bright room, with a lot of choices and variety.The room was comfortable, temperature easily controlled, bathroom well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location within the Evora walls was excellent, since a stay outside the walls would require driving. You'll be happy here.
