Well positioned. The hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating and extremely friendly. Good sized shower. I didn't use the breakfast facilities, but I was amazed that the bar was 24/7! I have never come across that - But a beer at midnight was very much appreciated.

Nothing I can think of. The hotel was perfect for my needs and I felt very comfortable there.

The whole stay was ideal for my purposes from location, easy safe car parking, cleanliness, comfort, wifi & breakfast. I was really pleased and once again very happy with Ibis. I have used your hotels on several continental trips and will continue to do so. Please thank all the staff at Ibis Evora. It was an excellent stay.

Upon request, the staff relocated us to the room facing the quiet road, and the last room in the corridor. Very comfy bed. Got a much needed sleep until 11AM. Good soundproofing, or we were just lucky with the neighbours. Excellent gym! Spotless clean as is typical in Accor group. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and Évora attractions.

I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here. in Evora. As I had pre-booked the Hotel and parking I was fully aware that there was an additional charge @ 7EUR for the use of the secure underground garage on site. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and the large bed was great, my only criticism was the extent of the scaffolding on the facade of the hotel which blocked out a lot of light. The location was great, just around the corner from the beautiful and Interesting Historic Centre. The Hotel staff was very welcoming, and very helpful and they all spoke English which was great. The Continental Breakfast was inclusive of the room charge, the selection being very good set you up for the day. I loved Evora and everything about it. I would certainly book to stay at the Ibis again in the future.

The Scaffolding on the outside of the hotel - made it look messy. Notification of these major works would have been a good move.

the location of the hotel is great. You just need to go around it and cross the street and you see the old part of town. Free parking if you're driving your own car :)

no AC. It was advertised the hotel had AC but, when we got there, it didn't work. When we asked if it was broken, hotel clerks told us there was no AC.

Price was good for my stay and was within the city for access

The staff courteously accompanied me to my room since there was only one key available to unlock and lock the door upon my arrival. Through their expertise, they were able to resolve the issue promptly, and I received my room key on the same day.

Location and comfortable firm mattress. Staff friendly.

Noisy room Overnight with air con units outside room. Room small but ok for 1 night. Water pressure low and base very slippy and a step down into bathroom needs a handrail. Pillows too soft, needs extra pillows.

Staff very helpful. eg providing city map,finding train times to Lisbon, calling for taxi.

No complaints. I like Ibis because you know what to expect.They are remarkably consistent. I have recently enjoyed stays in France,Brazil and Portugal. All at the same level.

Our experience at this would have been very different if it wasn't for the great font desk manager who handled issues very professionally and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I didn't catch his name but he seemed to be working hard every time I saw him. We had some issues with the first room and had to change with his help. It's because of staff like this that can make an average hotel stay feel a lot better. Other than that the hotel is located centrally right at the gate to the old town area and has a good breakfast on offer every morning.

- Decor of the hotel is pretty old and rooms can get a bit stuffy due to the carpeted floor etc. - No safety deposit box or fridge in the rom - The underground parking garage is a bit extreme. It's really tough to fit out of there through that tight tunnel ramp even for the most experienced drivers. Lucky I got out of there without scraping the rental car but was a bit upset that the night guy at the reception told me to drive down there instead of the easier ground level garage.

Great location for all we want to do in the area. Excellent buffet breakfast and well priced. Great shower.

Beds could have been bigger. Air conditioning could have worked a bit better (wasn't really cool enough).
