We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was very spacious and had a small kitchen, but we preferred to use the well-equipped main kitchen to cook our breakfast. And they provide tea and coffee, fresh fruit and two kinds of cereal. The guesthouse also has a living room with a comfy couch, outdoor terrace and a big table off of the kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which we were able to use. It's very centrally located just off the main square.

The only drawback is having to go up and down the stairs, since the guesthouse begins on the first floor.

The StayInn has comfortable rooms with a/c, large shower, nice bath products, hair dryer, etc. The internet and tv were great. Everything was spotlessly clean. The common areas include a kitchen, lounge with sofas and books and an outdoor courtyard. There is a flight of stairs to climb, not bad. We picked up the key at the Ale-Hop store. They offered coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and full use of the kitchen and laundry. We parked at the aqueduct rather than the parking garage that was recommended and made the 15 minute walk. The hotel is close to all the sites.

The central location remains a strong point of this hotel, on a quieter square than the Praça do Giraldo. The staff in the shop, who oversee arrivals (and issues arising) are friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and the bed is comfortable.

Compared to previous stays, the place felt slightly less cared-for. It suffers slightly from Évora's generalised problem with drain smells, not helped by limited natural ventilation potential. The white walls could use a freshening-up, but the place is not dirty, to be clear. The hot water can take many minutes to arrive - when it does, it's good, but a lot is wasted, which is a shame.

Value for money. Great customer service: very professional and polite. You get the keys in the next door shop, Ale-Hop. There is a narrow corridor with lots of stairs. Perfect location, you couldn't be more central, right in the heart of Évora city. You can easily walk to all the main monuments. Very clean, new renovation, spacious room and a pateo area, where you can relax. Clean and spacious bathroom. Hot water takes some time to starts, but then is good. Very well-furnished kitchen, with washing machines. Complimentary tea and coffee are in the kitchen, not in the bedroom. Very good selection of tea. Kitchen is convenient if you want to prepare your own food or just a snack. Right in front of the entrance, you have a coffee shop/ snack bar and just a couple of doors away there is the iconic Cafe Arcada, with all the traditional Portuguese and regional cakes, delicacies and confectioneries.

A very comfortable stay right in the centre of Evora. Extremely clean, lovely to have use of a kitchen which was immaculate. Staff we met were very friendly.

Nothing to do with the property but bear in mind it is in the middle of the city so at night time it can get quite noisy with people talking, walking past in the early hours of the morning!! Bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper or get a room not facing the square

The location is great! Right in the center of the city, so you can walk around to most places to visit. The reception is in the store next door, Ale-Hop. The people were very friendly and walked us to the room. The room was small, but very nice and clean, as was the private bathroom. There are some common areas, including a kitchen, and books you can grab to read. We got two coffee pods, a water bottle, and some toiletries. We stayed for one night and it was a very pleasant stay! Recommend!

The location in the old town was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed access to a shared kitchen and patio and were welcomed to use the laundry if it was free (used by cleaning staff). StayInn provided a number of ammenities such as breakfast cerial, fruit, tea and coffee and some facial hygiene products in our room. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the space very much.

For bus travellers the Inn is a 20 min uphill walk on cobbled streets. Taxis and Uber are available. Also a narrow steep flight of stairs to the rooms. There is no elevator but our check in girl assisted us with our luggage. We were glad it was only carry on.

It’s an okay place for a night or two. The property is a bit dated, but that’s understandable given its location right in the historic center. The real highlight here is the location — it’s excellent and puts you close to everything. I’d recommend it if you’re looking to stay in a great area for a couple of days. About parking there is a street parking near by that is 0,80 euros hourly but after 7pm until 8am is free.

The location is great, right in the city centre, very lovely and comfortable place at an affordable price. I loved the room setup.

Since it's a city centre, Friday night was very noisy with drunkards walking around or yelling under the window. It was not an issue on other nights. Also, someone stole my cheese from the shared fridge.

Can’t beat the location. Most sights within easy walking distance, as well as many restaurants. Easy check in and secure keypad entrance to the building.

Noisy at night, could hear people outside below, hooting and hollering, laughing, etc. I’m glad people are having a good time, but not at our lack of sleep’s expense. No instructions for the air conditioner unit, so didn’t know how to turn it on. It probably would have helped drowning out the people outside.
