Overall a decent property. Absolutely nothing spectacular there, but price/amenities ratio is fair. Good choice for just 1 night in transit or company group meeting. I would not book it for longer stays if were a tourist because off the location.

Insane gym policy. I do 120+ nights a year, I'm or was top tier at 3 different hotel chains and yet I had never to pay extra for gym access before. I had to book it at reception, get a voucher, go with the voucher to the gym, where I was not even given a towel. Lady at the gym said that towels for the gym I have to get from the reception. 😂 Air conditioning is old and quite laud. Mattress is too hard - without a topper.

Everything was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything inside and outside the hotel was immaculate. We didn't get to use the spa but we could see that it was large and clean. We took breakfast both mornings and there was a good choice of well presented foods. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening and we had an excellent buffet meal in comfortable surroundings.

Nothing not to like, we would stay again if we were in that area.

This hotel is a little out of the way and tucked away in an open field location. The good thing is that the minute you walk into the lobby, you are pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the hotel. I felt that the customer service at the front desk could've been a little friendlier. Breakfast was good and they also offer a lunch and dinner menu that you must make reservations with the front desk to save you a space. Rooms were comfortable, pool and outside staff were awesome.

Again, I thought the front desk staff could've been a little friendlier when we checked in and out. Other than that place is great and hotel is awesome. The lobby is breath taking.

The hotel has free spa zone with good swimming pool and sauna. The parking place is rather big, inner garden is beautiful. Please, mind that the hotel is almost out of the city so you need to think over about the transport.

The hotel room is a little but "old and tired" and there are always a lot of people in the spa zone (it seems that the hotel makes spa-days not only for the guests). The buffet dinner does not worth the money (25 euro for a person). But the hotel dinner is the only option in the area.

Convenient to the highway to Lisbon, which was what we needed. Good onsite parking. Clean, low cost, efficient

We had to get up early and head to the airport in Lisbon. We asked about just having a cup of coffee, not a full breakfast. They seemed totally baffled by that concept. We went in, had a quick cup and then went to the front desk to pay. They charged us 15 euros saying they had no way to bill breakfast differently. Ridiculous!

satisfactory location with good parking

poor training of one member of breakfast room staff, although he was probably a very recent or temporary worker. also, there was a large number of guests on a dirt bike tour or weekender club who generated considerable early morning noise as they warmed up and departed, spread over 90-120 minutes or so.

We had stayed in the Hotel years ago, so we were familiar with it already. This time round, we came back for a weekend away and stayed in a king suite. Facilities are awesome, everything super clean and mega comfortable. The suite has loads of space and I highly recommend it! We had dinner at the hotel both nights and the food is simply amazing! Breakfast equally delicious with plenty of choice! The pool area is lovely and great for either families or couples. The gym is also well-equipped and clean.

The extra charge for using the gym is. Considering it’s a 4 star hotel, it should be included in the price of the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the facilities are great, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. We booked three rooms and the hotel managed to put us all next together. Nice little terraces to sit out on for morning coffee. Front desk gave us great recommendations for dinner, and although for us the walk into town was too far (in the heat / personal opinion) an Uber was only £6. Would stay here again!

Breakfast was very good and the reception/bar area very comfortable. Room is very spacious and the staff were very nice, the overall service was great.

Outdated facilities, specially bathroom. Old looking decor, could use an update. The indoor pool as well, could be more modern. The room was very hot and the AC was not working properly.

I have been coming here for years and I love the facilities and the convenience.

The service in the bar was TERRIBLE! I have never seen it like this. I went for lunch and only 2 tables were filled. Even so I had to speak up loudly every time I needed something. Otherwise I was completely ignored. It was NEVER like that before. Not good.
