Everything worked, staff was very friendly and the room was properly equipped, the noise was minimal. Beds were cozy and the bathroom was very clean. The hotel is very central to the town area, with supermarkets close by. Bonus points for pretty swallows nesting near the windows and flying above the poolside.

It was a bit uncomfortable walking around the hotel building with the heat, especially with the two small and slow elevators weirdly placed. Found some minor larvae in my shorts when I was leaving the pool, which added to the fact that it didn't smell like chlorine likely means it has low maintenance.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There was also a decent selection of snacks available throughout the day at the bar. The facilities were nice, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-designed.

Beautiful big bedroom, super king bed. Great smart aircon. Tea and coffee facilities. Mini fridge. Lovely pristine hotel. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Car park around the back of the Hotel is not obvious from the description under ‘car parking’ only street parking mentioned, so a big bonus. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the sauna was not working at the time. Hotel staff we met were helpful and courteous.

The only slight negative was a couple messages were not answered. Our booking said it included ‘early check-in/out’. when I asked about arriving early I was told it was 4pm! Then I asked if we could arrive early and use the pool if we couldn’t have our room early…I did not get a reply.

We loved our stay in this hotel. We stayed off season so there were not many people. We were pleased to find the hotel fulfilled our request of a double bed instead of twin beds that we'd booked. The bed was super comfy. The heater worked really well and we had a big TV. The view to the town and outdoor pool was nice. The bathroom was small but clean. We loved the breakfast which was varied and we felt really full. The main reason we had booked this hotel was the spa. And it didn't disappoint. The sauna is fantastic and the pool is really pleasant if you don't get many people. On both nights we managed to get the pool to ourselves. The temperature was 29-30 degrees. The jacuzzi was alright too. The spa area itself is rather small so I imagine it can get crowded if many people are staying. But we were lucky. Can't comment on the gym as we didn't use it. The staff were all very smiley and accommodating. There is a private car park so we didn't have to park in the street. Overall, we loved it there.

The water in the jacuzzi was rather cloudy and didn't look clean on our first night. It was cleaner the second night but still not 100%.

In the heart of Tabua this modern clean hotel is like an oasis with all the facilities to chill out .The Restaraunt served an excellent dinner with very good service under the watchful eye of the efficient manager . Parking was easy and safe and the room functional and clean as was the bathroom . Friendly reception .

Fantastic quite modern hotel equipped with big size rooms and bathrooms.Comfortable mattress.The fridge /bar is hidden and we only realized when we wer going to leave Extremely professional attentive and very friendly staff, beautiful room,Quite bicycle friendly Hotel as the were open to keep and store our bikes plus we could use their dressing rooms and shower after check out. Outdoor pool is a great size and I loved the sunbed Isle. Indoor pool is small just good enough for relaxing.Im very grateful for all their services and making my birthday celebration extra special!! the jacuzzi needs to be taken care of as I found it quite dirty.The dressing room and shower do not have locker nor cloths hooks . definitely not a four star dressing room.They definitely need to put some locker or some hooks so that you can place your cloths and towels while you are showering! This is one of the reasons I didn't rate it five stars and the fact that one can only check in at 4p.m making our stay extra short and limiting our stay!Gym could have a few more equipment but its fair enough.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the pool and sauna were included although we spent our days out visiting the Serra da Estrela Nature Park. One day I had a birthday cake waiting for me in my room. The bed was very comfortable, parking was easy, and breakfast was incredible. As well as the hotel restaurant which has good reviews, there are some nice local places for dinner an easy walk from the hotel too.

The indoor pool and sauna closes at 8pm but it would be nice if it closed an hour or two later. We found after a day out we had to rush to make use of the facilities.

Big comfy beds, very helpful staff and rich breakfast.

We stayed there for 4 nights so got a bit tired of breakfast buffet as there was a very small food variation. Also the spa was a bit failed after the busy weekend: sauna was not on for two times when we were there whereas the jacuzzi was either 32.5 or 39.5 degrees Celsius. Both facilities take time to reach the comfy temperatures so maybe it was just our bad luck in timing. And there is a school across the street so it gets very loud during the day.

(Almost) everything was perfect! Very nice and fairly competent staff, nice premises and very good breakfast.

SPA circuit was not okay this time, it is my 3rd time here and it was always perfect, but this time the internal swimming pool and the jacuzzi were not that clean or didn't look that way. A small flawless in a perfect stay.
