This is a fabulous place to stay if you want peace and Tranquility, but also there is a lot to do in the hotel grounds itself as they are very very large and have a stunning view over the lake. The rooms are very large and you have plenty of room and also have your own balcony which is a good size and nice to use. We did encounter a couple of issues when we first arrived, but Raquel who was in the reception is absolutely fantastic and everything was sorted out very swiftly and this is the sort of standard you do expect in a five star hotel and it was very nice to see it all happen so fast. Also many thanks to Patricia who also acted swiftly in sorting out a couple of problems. These are two members of staff that really stood out and should be very greatly appreciated by your company as these are truly leaders in their profession. The hotel is good, in a fantastic scenic location. Facilities are good, modern (renovated since my last visit, abt 10 years ago) and well kept. Prices were very reasonable (staying, restaurant and bar).

I'd say that it's a good 4**** rather than a 5*****. Nothing bad but also not at a 5***** level. Breakfast, for example, is only fair and restaurant for dinner had just the buffet option (which was a good one but I'd expect a "a la carte" restaurant in a 5***** hotel).

Beautiful location next to the lake!! Rooms are amazing with beautiful views. Indoor and outdoor pools. Perfect for families, kids or just a few days of relaxing.

Food at the restaurant could be way better for the price. They try to make traditional dishes look fancy and sometimes it just goes wrong like in this case. Gym has good equipment, however many machines don’t work, lack of maintenance.

I rented a Premium One-bedroom apartment with spa access for me and my girlfriend and it exceeded our expectations, the apartment was big, spacious, comfortable and had all the utilities necessary to have a great stay. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

There are some things that can be improved, such as, the temperature of the jacuzzi, a better maintenance of the spa and it's installations.

Restaurant orders take a long time to be served. Also, reception could do a little bit better explaining all the advantages the place has to offer.

Almost everything was perfect. The place, the room, the cleaning, the reception, the welcome attention, the food in the restaurant... The location is amazing.

A few things: the temperature of the inside swimming pool room and the gym. Some equipment in the gym needs some attention... WiFi was not so good in the room...

Location is beautiful. The lake is stunning and the hotel makes the most of these. The swimming pools are great for everyone. Loads to do for children including lovely kids club. Buffet for breakfast and dinner but that suited us well with such a large group and children, something for everyone. The water sports at lake is very good. Safety first and great instructioners. Staff sweet and attentive.

There is alot of building work going on so some facilities weren't available, mini golf, jacuzzi. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was huge but very tired. Stained blinds, wobbly hand rails, damp smelling, I didn't put anything in the drawers or wardrobes as they smelt too bad. Very few utensils in kitchen, no bottle opener. All clean though. Maybe the modern ones were better. We weren't in them much though just to sleep so didn't matter much to us.

Amazing gym and pools. Food at dinner and breakfast was exquisite. Rooms are large and luxurious.

Staff was not very friendly. One specific receptionist, when asked about the food available for dinner plain out lied.
