Location is excellent for anyone to visit US embassy. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Room and washroom was neat and clean. Hotel staffs and reception was very helpful. They arranged the accommodation as requested.

My family stayed there. I would have liked if the hotel could manage a way for me to pay the expenses remotely, instead of the guest to do it. Again, its a personal opinion for guest convenience.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are welcoming and courteous, making it a pleasant place to stay. The establishment is clean and beautiful. Our bedroom had all the necessary amenities, and the beds were comfortable. The food is great. The free breakfast and the room service, no complaints there. I would gladly return. If you need to stay in the area, or if you need to travel elsewhere, I recommend using Uber or a taxi. It is conveniently located.

The room was excellent, breakfast is dedicated to Colombians mainly not expatriates. So don't expect the usual breakfast you see in other countries. Mainly Arepas, Scrambled eggs or you can order your eggs as you like it, cereals, fruits and once there were meatballs in the breakfast. But the overall quality of breakfast is ok. Our room had a jacuzzi which requires external activation but it was nice. Try to choose a room ending with number 3 as it's not looking the street, so less noisy and also doesn't have the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff was good, but Julio was exceptionally supportive and addressed all our requests exceeding our expectations. The hotel is very good and highly recommended because the area is safe, with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. As a common practice in Colombia, don't walk at night unless you are in a group or have secured transportation.

Bathroom tubs aren't kept nice, no vent system in rooms. Bedroo. Windows had a curtain that allowed light to disturb at night time for sleep. Honestly I would rate this hotel a 3 star not a 4 star, too expensive for what it offers, breakfast was very poor too., pilows were to hard

The property is beautiful, although you can tell it is quite an old one. The receptionist and the guy serving breakfast, everyone was helpful, they really are a pro. The bed is comfortable, the location is superb, easy access to Monserrate, the mall, and airport.

The bathroom fan makes a loud noise. The floor outside the room is always dark. They use motion-sensor lamp to light the alley. Maybe just a personal preference, but I think normal lighting will make the ambience a lot friendlier and more lively. The curtain in the room is rather transparent. I think you can see what people inside the room are doing from the dark alley. You can also hear what’s going on in your neighbour’s room because the wall is not so sound-proof.

THE SAFE WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY BUT SANDRA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ORDER TO MANAGE THE SITUATION. ALSO THE BATHROOM HAS A LIGHT SWICHT INCLUDE THE SMOKE DETECTOR WITH A NOISY SOUND THAT BOTHER SO MUCH. THE REFLECTION OF THE WHITE LIGHTS

The Hotel is clean, comfortable and the location is convenient. The staff is very welcoming and courteous.

I’ll suggest some variety at breakfast. It is good but every day is the same.

Great location, just a short walk to the Hilton, Corferias, and several great restaurants and cafes. Beds were comfortable and the hotel wasn't too noisy (despite being on the main street). The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. Kind of weird to have chicken wings for breakfast one morning. I'd much rather just have traditional eggs, ham, bacon, potatoes, juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. for breakfast than whatever they had going on, but it was fine.
