True 5 star experience. Staff excellent, found the balance between attentive and discreet. Good programme of events. Breakfast fantastic. Pool area wonderful and relaxing. Clean rooms and room staff brilliant. I'd like to single out Fran, the paddleboard instructor, who was professional, funny, happy, energetic and made everyone feel at ease.

Smell coming from the drains in the shower on the final day. Rooftop bar could have been open more, and the staff there were not quite as attentive as those in other areas for some reason....a lot of standing around chatting rather than attending to guests.

The check in experience was one of the best that I've had -- warm and friendly, friendly offer of a mocktail or champagne -- it felt very welcoming. The location is great -- easy to walk into the old part of the town, but far enough away enough from the parties to be relaxing. The room was beautiful with a patio balcony overlooking the Med.

The staff by the pool and restaurant could be a bit friendlier, but overall very enjoyable anyway. Note that taxis are VERY hard to get in Sitges and there are only a few ubers. Try to book in advance or make use of the little sightseeing train that goes by.

The amenities were beautiful, and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool for swimming, relaxing and eating. You can see the beach from there! I also enjoyed the bike rentals and I used this daily for exercise and to get around. (I would have liked a 3 day option, so I could secure the same bike) The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and so complete! The selection of food options was outstanding, I especially enjoyed the fresh juice, lemon water, eggs cooked your way, pastry, and fruit selection. My only wish is that some of this area remained open for travellers who eat early and need a quick snack or beverage after working out, walking, or biking. My room was very nice! The bed was perfect - the high quality linens and pillows were fresh, clean, and soft! I appreciated the good lighting throughout and in the bathroom. As a woman, I loved having a vanity mirror and wall mirror for dressing. The rainshower was amazing - good pressure and consistent hot water! For the most part, the staff was very accommodating and helpful- some were very nice to me...I especially liked the check-in and out desk and concierge service! The welcoming glass of cava was an especially nice touch, and I was always greeted warmly upon arrival. When I left, I was helped with my luggage and escorted to the bus stop and sent off with a friendly conversation, leaving me sad to go, but warmly thinking about returning with friends and family some day, hopefully soon!

I chose this hotel and location so I could relax and be away from the louder more touristy and party area of town, which the beach area was, but I was surprised to find 2 nights of outdoor concerts until 12am affected my sleep, as I am an early riser and I like to be active, and head out sightseeing before the afternoon heat. As a foreigner, from Canada, I didn't always feel welcome or treated equally by some of the staff and local guests, most often at breakfast and by the pool.

Great check in reception from the check-in counter and Nacho who was very friendly with the bags. The room was great, with superbeb view to the sea and modern (be mindful it was one of the best rooms in the hotel). Guillermo from the concierge was SUPER - attentive, helpful, assertive, and everything you could ask. And make sure you get a massage with Ivan - 5 stars! The gym is also good.

The breakfast is POOR for this kind of hotel. Only 1 chef for a bunch of people, and having to queue for something as simple as scrambled eggs. Also, lack of food options at breakfast, even for colds. The Beso bar is very slow on staff (though food was good), lacking staff overall and attention. Finally, the day concierge was unhelpful and rather then asking how he coudl help, simply assumed. Hotel could benefit from having a Spa such as sauna or jacuzzi.

Warm and welcome reception after our last-minute booking. Concierge staff valet parked the car and arranged luggage transfer to our room and the excellent front desk team arranged an upgraded room (at reasonable cost) Seaview room on 5th floor which was spacious, airy and with lovely balcony overlooking the beach cove below. Ate dinner in the Besos restaurants where the staff were friendly and the food delicious. Tried it again for a light lunch the following day in the more informal day lounger area which was equally good.

Only small disappointment was that the duvets in the room were synthetic rather than natural down. Small point but being a 5-star hotel it is fair to expect this. Addressing this would make the accommodation perfect.

Large, comfortable room and beds. Large balcony, great view of the beach. No awning so can't sit out most of the time as in blazing sun with no shade. Division between room balconies rather low and also the netting is semi transparent so no privacy on balconies. If somebody is standing on their balcony, they can see through the netting directly into one bedroom unless the curtains are closed. Great breakfast, good pool area. All staff hugely friendly and helpful. Exemplory attitude. Very well trained. Excellent ice-cream by the pool. Also plenty of towels. Directly opposite two chiringuitos, one owned by the hotel and also opposite the tourist bus stop into town. Good beach, warm sea. Plenty of lifeguards.

Food and drinks expensive by the pool and at the hotel chiringuito but par for the course in Sitges. Not so keen on the no-door bathrooms, the hotel room lavatories are tiny, no shelves or hooks in the shower area for products or towels so only place is the stool or the floor. The room staff were lovely but the room was not cleaned as well as it could have been. A few pictures/hangings or anything on the walls would have been good. Decor extremely plain and more so than expected from the photos. Overall, very much enjoyed our day and would book again but not at this time of year as extremely expensive and not quite up to par for the price. Various of the common areas could do with a repaint/refresh.

This is the five star hotel we have been looking for in Sitges. Spacious rooms, very helpful staff and very good breakfast. Being out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town is a plus. There is an beautiful promenade all the way to town, great for running and walking. Safe bike lanes in and out of town too. The rooftop bar is splendid.

Given the hotel is 2+ km from Sitges town centre, a more accessible bike/scooter policy should be used. The gym is a little small for the size of the hotel.

A great stay, lovely breakfast. We stayed in a partial sea view room which was also lovely. If we returned we'd probably pay the extra for a full sea view as our balcony was quite overlooked. Great location and nice view. We enjoyed the 25min stroll along the promenade into town. If you're mobility isn't great you may need to consider a taxi however. The roof top bar was stunning, incredible views and cocktails and loved the DJ and chilled vibe up there. The decor of the hotel was lovely, chic and Uber cool.they also recognised our anniversary with a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch. 😊

Unfortunately there was a rowdy large group of fellow Brits around the pool. Who were inconsiderate and shouting/swearing which got worse the more they drank - typical Brits abroad! We found this embarrassing and ashamed to be British. There was lots of tutting from other guests. I don't know if the hotel staff intervened but I didn't see that happen. We didn't feel comfortable stepping in due to the size of the group. It did impact what otherwise would have been a lovely relaxing day around the pool.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at ME Sitges Terramar. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is good, with nice view at the sea. Our room was great and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Every staff member was professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end getaway in beautiful Sitges!

Super clean, staff were very friendly. Check in was easy and the turn down service was great. Beach club and pool have plenty of space.

The pool bar needs work. Service was lacking (you go up to order because no one has come over and they tell you to go back to your chair and they will come to you) The food at the outside beach club and bar isn’t amazing. Property is also a fair walk from the town, so if you plan on staying in the hotel it’s great, but about a 20-25 minute walk to sight see.
