Not a big hotel, not crowded but lively. They don’t allow the booking of sun beds. Therefore everything is very relaxed, you can find au sheds and together at any time of the day, in the shade or in the sun. Food is varied and good. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic reception staff and same with chamber maids and restaurant staff. Amazing people. Spacious rooms. Two streets away from beach, shops and restaurants. Domestic holiday makers mainly.

Cleanliness, excellent food lovely staff and great room.

School parties very noisy screaming and shouting running riot in corridors at midnight and after. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. We love Chloe but alternative accommodation would be more suitable for these school parties that did not gel with general clientele of the hotel.

Ou stay was 10/10. Staff was super friendly, they gave us a room upgrade to a renovated one with a balcony without us requesting it, the parking for the property was cheap, and the location of the hotel is amazing (close to the beach). The food was also great in breakfast and lunch. Again, really appreciate the room upgrade, it was clean, new, noise free and great value.

Pleasant stay near the Calafell beach. The hotel offers a lot of facilities, mainly the pool with lots of sunbeds. There was a different event every evening (magician, singers, dancers, comedians, ...). Lots of parking options: paid secure parking on the hotel premises, free street parking (paid only in July/August, but you can get weekly ticket for ~15€) or free parking at the train station (3 mins walking).

The pool was officially open just until 20:30 (probably due to dinner) - I wouldn't mind hour or two longer, especially in summer. There is a busy road and railroad just outside the hotel - I highly advise to take the room with pool view.

The hotel was clean, with nice furniture in the lobby and close to the beach. Our beds were very comfortable. The food was tasty, with many options. We liked a children's playground which was in the shadow. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed a magician show in the evening very much.

We didn't like we had to pay for WATER in the restaurant, although we had all-inclusive. During breakfast there were no fresh vegetables, NOTHING except the melon.

Location next to railway was excellent. Walking distance to the beach. Massive beds.

With the cost of the room one would maybe expect that baby bed is free of charge (wasnt, it was 20e per night). The hotel should let potential customers know about evening shows they host. We stayed for 2 nights and both evenings from 10pm they had super loud shows by the pool, a singer and magician. Rooms didnt have good sound proofing so these shows made our stay with a child very unpleasant at that time. Wouldnt stay again for that reason. Also they made hotel guests wear sort of bracelets which I understand but wouldnt want to wear.

Friendly staff, Comfortable beds, perfect room for pool view of the high rockabilly events. 2nd floor was ideal since we could take the stairs instead of the lift. Quiet enough to enable sleep in. Vending machines for water and coffee. The bar sold Ladron cider. Rooms had character. Plenty of wardrobe space. Good air conditioning. Clean towels and toiletries provided daily.

The sand on the floor of the balcony of the bedroom. It was left over from the previous guests. There was sand also on top of one of the beds. Next time they should check it out more thoroughly. But the rest was pleasant.

Breakfast was good and the salad bar was excellent. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The beds are slightly firm but that's how I like them. It would be good to have a kettle in the room and maybe an iron.

No phone in the room.

I checked in at 4 in the morning and the night desk attendant was awesome. Very polite and helpful !!! the breakfast was excellent and the room was excellent as well. The room reminded me of a Westin Hotel in the states , very upscale. I see they have a train station nearby. I intend to stay at the hotel and take the train to Barcelona to visit the city.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing I did not like
