The hotel facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot.

The luggage cart use was very limited as they only had one cart, and it was missing in the morning when we had to checkout. I was using a walker and my wife had to carry all of our luggage down by herself. Not a good situation for this hotel chain. The location was next to the interstate highway and the intersection next to the hotel was the starting location for the 'Indy 500'. This went on for most for the night.

Perfectly located to attending spring training at Peoria Sports Complex. Walking distance to many good food options. Property was very well kept and maintained and staff was great.

More a critique of the specific room we stayed in, but there was a large, LED light right outside our window that was bothersome at night when trying to sleep and the blinds did not close or block it out.

Location is excellent. I enjoyed the jacuzzi . Pool towels were out so I asked the front desk and got some immediately. Sausage at breakfast looked like yesterday’s sausage warmed over and put out again. On Sunday morning trash cans in the breakfast area were overflowing. I mentioned it to the desk clerk. The pancake machine was broken.

The location was fantastic. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful

My only complaint is that the sitting area in our suite didn't have a floor lamp between the chair and the sofa. It made sitting there difficult to read.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was decent. Air conditioner worked great.

Room was reserved for 3... Was provided two hand towels and bath towels and one washcloth. Since housekeeping only provides service after every third night, we had to ask for everything. Even after we had service, we had to ask for a box of tissues, water cups.

Walk to ball park and restaurants.

Sheets for pull out couch bed were not in room. Called front desk, phone not answered. Walked to front desk. Clerk seemed very disinterested. Handed me a set of sheets. Had to ask for a blanket. Clerk seemed bothered.

The staff was very friendly no matter what time of day or night. The room and all facilities were clean, and it was quiet.

The tv in the room was small and only faced forward to one side of the bed. It was in a spot furthest away from the sitting area in the room.

Facilities were obviously old. Toilet clogged in the middle of the night. Elevator call button was almost inoperable. Little things that showed a lack of maintenance.

Love making waffles. The breakfast is delicious. The staffs are wonderful

My husband is disabled. I wish there was no glass door in the bathroom. I'm always worried he will fall against the glass
